I think the letter that has been dispatched to you on 18th May,it might for the 2nd AOR.guest my guess it might be for additional documents or even medical request.I hope it ll be Medical request.

i am also in same boat. My ecas changed to In Process on 26th April . On 20th May i sent a case specific enquiry regarding my change of address not refecting on Ecas. They replied and did the relevant changes also gave me my new file no as i had not got my 2nd AOR. tHEY WROTE a letter is dispatched to me on 18th May 2010. Till date daily making the post office rounds in Sharjah but no trace of this letter and they have not elaborated what it the contents. I am totally disgusted . Anyways if I do not get it by 17th June i will contact them again.

Actually they give me only 45 days to submit the reply. The problem is that i dont know what they are asking for? What are additionaly evidences? They just answer me two lines reply through email in response of my case specific enquiry.
Today i send another case specific enquiry to send me the dispached letter through email.
I will suggest u also for a case specific enquiry ASAP.

These guys send all this stuff by 2nd class postal snail mail hence i think is the delay. If they send by courier or registered post we could get this earlier in the Gulf. Now what if i get next week and they have drawn a deadline date and i cannot meet the requirement? It is a snobbish effort frm their side.

Last night i already sent a second case specific enquiry. I asked them to send the posted mail throgh email. which they send today.
Actualy they asked for the Educational Credential of my univeristy.
Today i sent them proof of my university credentiality through fedex. Hope it will work.
But i dont know one thing. Actualy they do not look into our documents carefully. My university degree is attested on back side from 5 different authoroties. i.e univeristy registerar and controller of Exams , Higher education commission, pak.. ministry of foreign affairs, saudi cult office and royel embassy of saudi arabia in pakistan.
What else they need???
I don't understand..

If u did not receive your mail sent by chc, london. u should also ask them to send it through email.
If it was a medical request. you should have received it because it is a registered mail.
But if was a letter asking you for some clerification, then it will be a 3rd class mail and u might miss it.
my letter was posted on 5/5/2010 which means my dead line was 20/6/2010. only 45 days.
Contact Them ASAP.

F the immigration officer had look into my documents carefully at that time. Then there was no need for such unnecessary delay.
and no need for my such clerification letters and proofs to them. They are having my original degrees and trancripts. All attested.

my status in process since March 31st and I am thinking to send a case specific enquiry. Looking at the some of the applicants in middle east, it looks like postal mail is delayed or lost. You mentioned that Medical come in registered mail but i heard that they send by ordinary mail only?
by the way, which address did you sent the enquiry, can you please send me the emai address for CHC london.

Hi Davidjn,
Acording to my observation, CHC london send the medical request with all the original documents through registered mail. Two of friends already got the medical request through registered mail with all the original document submitted to chc london.
Secondly, I send a case specific enquiry. And case specific enquiry has no email address. The email address is hidden. we just have to submitt and fill a web form. which is directly sent to chc, mailing address.

Fill up the form and send it.
