It can be any time between 1 month to 4 months,it actually depends on case to case and case worker.in my case it took from in process to medical request around 4 months.some people can get it in less then a month.

I have an observation here, some of the people in the list having the medical request and the change in ecas (to inprocess) at the same month and some are still having the ecase showing in process without getting the medical request... Is it varying from case to case and anybody can tell me what is the factors controling such issue IF the visa office is the same !

Hi everybody,

I have a query regarding the "immigration summary form", is it mandatory for every applicant to fill in this form?

For those who received their medicals, CHC asked you also to send the "immigration summary form" ?

Waiting for your reply, as I sent all my documents to CHC london this week without this form!!!

its not mandatory to send ot with full application.CHC has mentioned that if they need they can request it.but some people sent it with full application,there is no harm to sending it with your application.
In my case they send me the same alongwith medical request and RPRF and they have required me to send it to them ASAP.

CHC dont need these form to process your aplication they can do it with out these forms.basically most of the information contained in thses forms is already available on the forms you ll send with full application.some time they ask some time they dont.but its not mandatory to send it with full application.

Hi Guys,
I had a case specific enquiry regarding my current status to CHC,London yesterday. And i received reply from them today. Which is very upsetting.
Actualy my status changed to "In Process" on 5/5/2010.
In the reply they said that we sent u a letter on 5/5/2010( Which i did not receive till to date). In the letter they asked me for additional evidences in support of my Education.
Though i provide them with original degrees of Masters and Bachelors with trancripts in university sealed envelop.
Whatelse evedences they need?

i am also in same boat. My ecas changed to In Process on 26th April . On 20th May i sent a case specific enquiry regarding my change of address not refecting on Ecas. They replied and did the relevant changes also gave me my new file no as i had not got my 2nd AOR. tHEY WROTE a letter is dispatched to me on 18th May 2010. Till date daily making the post office rounds in Sharjah but no trace of this letter and they have not elaborated what it the contents. I am totally disgusted . Anyways if I do not get it by 17th June i will contact them again.
