Received BVL but no PPR as yet - timelines thread

They will clear all September applicants before 15 December as of my best knowledge as the same trend in student visa too n they have almost done on student visa so probably this week and next week will b for trv application. Hope at least someone from us get ppr soon.

Someone applied on 16th October got PPR today. For people who get PPR, it automatically comes along when they pass medicals.

I am not sure if the theories that we have been discussing on PPR workload is true and now inclined to worry more on what is going to happen now..

I've been waiting for a long time. I hope it goes through and gets approved this time around.

I would give it another week.. because I saw some TRVs got either PPR or rejection after about two weeks of BVL.. if no results by then, I am inclined to think that our applications would be in for a long and indefinite wait without any results. I am not sure if new portal is going to help either because I saw some people got just BVL there too and waiting without results.

This seems similar to some PR applications that are kept in SS (some security screening) and it take ages before they get final PPR.

I have received BVL letter for my wife on 17 November2021. I am also waiting for the decision. Thank you all for creating this platform.
