Hi Guys,
I'm pgwp holder applying under cec (inland)with spouse as dependant
ITA received jun26
AOR jul21st

I'm worried about my current employment letter. HR which is headquartered in the US provided my letter stating the duties directly relevant to NOC1212.its literally a copy of duties from the cic site. Can I be refused based on not listing my actual tasks in their own words?? I got the same letter when I applied for my spouses owp past year and it was accepted.

My spouse also used the same PCC that was issued last year to process his owp/visa. would his PCC be acceptable for PR since he left that country 1 month after it was issued?

Hi all,

Received an ITA,
I am holding an Indian passport 2009 , having address which is no longer permanent...that house is sold off. Should I submit the eAPR with new passport and new address?
If yes which address should I get on that, permanent or current.....my both addresses are different.....

I am yet to apply for PCC from PSK.....Should I apply with old passport or new passport in PSK as PSK would mention the date of issue of Passport......

Also I have a question.....along with Passport which all National identity proof I need to submit along with eAPR?

Is it necessary to submit BRITH CERTIFICATE for me and my spouse?

Hi everyone,
I have no idea if this question has come up before
I will like to know if there has been rejections after receiving your PPR at the level of the embassy. If yes what were their reasons for rejection? Any experts please chime in @DelPiero07 , @KingKurly thanks!

your background check is completed by the time you get your PPR so there is no basis to reject the visa. however if you committed any crime or fail to disclose any other change in circumstance after PPR you will be stopped at the port of entry and sent back.

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie to this forum, from India , however I have my application in the pool and awaiting an Ita. My CRS score as a single applicant is 440 and joint application is 438.

I have a query regarding the employment section in the application. I have overall 10+ years experience in software industry across 4 different employers. I have got the reference letters from all of them. All of them are my past employers as I am currently on a career break pursuing freelancing and self interests/ passions. This gap is now about 26 months ( the last two years) at present.

My question is will it affect my pr chances? I am willing to provide an explanation in the LOE regarding my present unemployed status and how I am supporting my family for the past 2 years. Will this be considered okay or will it hurt my pr chances?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

No, You only need to meet the minimum criteria i.e atleast 1 year in last 10 years.

Hi everyone,
I am not sure why I am asked to scan a reference letter for a job I had 16 years ago (lasted for 3 yrs)?!
The NOC I claim is the most recent one (since 2012) and got the ref. letter for it as well as the previous job (basically I obtained ref. letters for all jobs I had in last 10 years). But do I really need to get a very old one? Not sure if the company still exist!
The only way to skip this is to amend the work history in the PR application and list only the ones from 2005. By doing this, there will be mismatch b/w PR & EE but however, the last 13 years work experience are rhe same which are the important ones. Your thought / advice please as I am about to submit my application.
Thanks

I have never heard or read anybody getting refused after getting PPR email. Do you have anything to worry about in this relation?

When I was sent my PPR mail they said they had attached an Updated Information Chart and an extra mail will be sent for the medical form. None of these where attached nor sent respectively. I wrote back to immigration and Dakar embassy waited for a week no reply so I sent the medicals I did in February and all the other documents asked for except the Updated Information Chart which was not attached and never sent. I have no updates since my AoR

Also I had read in the PPR that we are not advised to leave our jobs and at my job side I have to give a 3 month notice.
So what do you think?
