For work experience CIO will verify some of the following information from google:

1) Company Name
2) Business Type
3) Company Address
4) Company Registration
5) Company Telephone
6) Company Email
7) Company Website (if any)

If by searching all of the information individually they find company name then they will not go for further verification. These details should match with your work experience Letter. Then only your NOC and Job Responsibilities will be remaining for verification.

If R10 has to be done by 30 days by law, why people get cancelled after 3 months or so for missing PCC? I presume PCCs would definitely be a part of completeness check.
There is no such law. However, generally the R10 and A11.2 (at least this happened for November outland applicants) checks are done before 1 month. There might be delays, of course.

IMO, R10 checks only the face value of the documents. A November applicant was refused after around 3 months for a "wrong" PCC; Not a missing one. If you miss a PCC, it is generally caught in the R10 check and the application is cancelled as incomplete. However, if you submit a wrong PCC (in this case, the November applicant submitted the "wrong" South Korean PCC), the application might not be cancelled at this stage because a PCC is present for the country (except it is wrong and will be checked later in the process by another officer). This might be the reason for delayed refusals in case of PCCs.

This is only my opinion.

+1 in general and i have the same perception. Slight alteration (merely seeing many many gcms notes), i believe A11.2 evaluation is done much latter. Some times between 2-3 month time frame.

Moreover, it is initially done by a junior officer (case analyst etc.). Often if they have grounds for refusal, they would just put their initial assessment there which is latter reviewed by a case officer. The refusal is only held if the case officer agrees. In many cases this is just overturned.

In such cases gcms notes would show a status of "review required" and is approved only latter.

Again this is only based upon experience with gcms notes - some of my own, where as many of other people with matching / varying circumstances.

Well, yea. The initial R10 check is done as a part of "Agent Review". This officer checks for documents that are present in the application. S/he doesn't seem to verify or check if the "correct" document has been submitted.

Later, the A11.2 is done by "Case Analyst" (One that verifies the application per section A11.2). S/he checks the documents and ensures the correct document(s) are submitted. The "Officer Review" is used for people where the "Case Analyst" isn't able to determine the eligibility - I have seen this in the notes of a few application and almost in all instances, this was because of some complex/shady work history. The "Case Analyst" wasn't able to conclude if the applicant is eligible under A11.2 and hence requests a senior officer to review the eligibility.

Also, yes, at present, the timeline for the A11.2 checks seems to take a lot longer than it used to a few months back. For me, R10, Medicals, A11.2, Criminality were all checked and passed AND the application was transferred to the Local Visa Office all before the 30 day mark. The HUGE number of ITAs issued (and as a consequence, the large number of e-APR submissions) might be contributing to this delay.

Thanks.

The person probably might have sought 50 points for ICT work permit based offer. Offer letter is must for them and I believe it's normal to expect the company name to be same if the documents happened to be official.

Yes they denied him 50 points and hence the refusal.

I believe that person was working on an open work permit (IEC Working Holiday). Hence the refusal.

Hey Raj it's good to hear from you again. It's funny when I was going through OINP, there was a huge delay, now I'm going through another delay on post e-apr. What are the odds!

Just hoping they will accept my valid ielts for the A11.2 checks and not too difficult on the 400 crs, given the very slow OINP process.

So, suppose the duties do not match exactly 50% or is falling below that (let's say only 2 or 3 lines match) but the applicant has given T4, NOA, ROE. Will they just outright reject the application in that case too?

I got my application refused because of a missing PCC. I lived in Abu Dabi 13 years ago, and I am 30 years old. The application says, get a PCC from places you lived after 18 years old or from the past 10 years. so WTF? what is wrong with IRCC?

Have you ever been to Abu Dhabi since then? If so, how long were you there?

If the experience letter that i submit for my primary NOC has much more duties / slightly different duties than that mentioned under that particular NOC, would they consider my second experience of same period where the duties match the NOC or would they reject mentioning that duties dont match the NOC. I am PNP Outland.

1) Should i mention in my LOE that if there is any issues with broad duties in my primary NOC, the second experience should be considered.
2) Can i change my primary NOC now after having an ITA?

Thanks
