From CIC:

"Australian police clearances that are not acceptable:

Photocopies of a clearance
Certificates issued by the state police authority
Certificates issued on the basis of a “Complete Disclosure”
Any certificate, if it is not accompanied by a Traffic History Report and/or Full Licence History Search if the applicant, while over 18 years of age, lived in Queensland and/or Victoria"

Even though you didn't have a driver license, they can accept blank traffic history reports.

You may have to wait until you get the rejection letter to find out the reason of your denial.

Hi,

I just wznted to know if we need to provide traffic history if i stayed in australia only for 2 months. I did not submit any PCC from Sustralia because my total stay was only 2 months. So do i still need to give the traffic history report or is it only applicable if we stayed over 6 months?

No, you don't if you were only there 2 months.

Ok, did you only live in the state of Western Australia? You didn't live anywhere else? Your address history only lists western Australia?

Two trips in total:

One month in 2011 - Melbourne Victoria
One month in 2016 - Sydney

It sounds like the same problem with the Indian PCC, there is no national PCC, the PCC requirements are different from region to another region. By listing an address in QLD or VIC even a short time make him required to submit the additional traffic history reports.

You should be good, less than 6 months, so no need to provide documentation

THEY DO NOT ACCEPT PCC SENT BY MAIL. dees it mean i need to physicially go there and obtain the PCC??

Hello guys,
i have an inquiry regarding reference letters.
My reference letter was issued in Nov 2015, is it acceptable by cic considering i have an offer letter from same company issued on oct 2016 showing that i still work with same company?
Note that my contract is normally renewed yearly with new offer letter issued on renewal.

It means you can't post the police check to cic. It's still allowed to be posted to you and you scan a copy to your application.

Did you scan it in colour?
