Thanks delpiero. I do not have any option so I will try to submit an LOE. I will (have to) accept whatever the outcome is.
Dear, an LOE will not cover responsibility presence in reference letter. I would say, mentioning responsibilities properly is the most important thing to pass eligibility inspection from CIC VO/analyst and this issue is the one of the biggest reason, applicants are rejected after eAPR.

You must submit any letter mentioning your responsibilities in-line with your claimed NOC by any means i.e. from a colleague/manager/supervisor & notarize that properly if your HR don't provide such letter.

Thanks

Thank you so much Fahad. I can get a letter from a colleague and get it notarized.

I do not get a letter stating 1 year job after PR. I am on a full time job with long term assignment. I think i need to provide an LOE for that. not sure whether it will be acceptable as I have claimed 50 points for that.

I would try to get the letter again and again and again. Explain them how important that is for you. It would be easier for them too hiring you as a PR if they want to keep you. Never give it up. It costs nothing for your employer and it can mean your future here, so don't give it up. Fight for it!

We submitted our eAPR on 31st and got the AOR on the same day.

I have a quick question regarding medicals. We did our medicals way back in July 2016 because I had an opportunity of being deputed to Canada through my organization. We have uploaded the information sheet from these tests on the application.

Could this be a potential problem for us in any any manner whatsoever?

No problem regarding your application.

Remember that the date for which you'll have to do the landing is the medical expiry date or your passport expiry date (whichever is earlier).

I think it all depends on CIC officer assigned to the case... In my case - missing diploma - ok, my mistake, but WES transcript is more strict document than diploma - I could never get that transcript without having all university docs, so it is clear that I have it... and also - there is reference number to check for documents, if needed...

I have send Mr. Cohen a query to advise if there is hope to complain and ask for application reopen... I am very sceptic about it, but will probably submit CSE - maybe I will have better luck with officer this time...
My Express Entry application got rejected because I failed to upload my diploma (only assessment provided)

Dear Sharonlovescake, failing to upload original diploma (translated if in other language rather than English/French) is the biggest reason applications are being rejected after eAPR submission. Rejections in this issue are being reported from several officers of different VO. CIC is just very strict about this matter.

So, I fear you will get a positive result after an appeal or CSE. But, you can always try.

However, you can still reapply by submitting eAPR again with missing documents, right?

Thanks

I am sorry about the refusal.

However, the following is clearly mentioned in the checklist -
To receive program-specific points for education, the applicant must either

provide proof of having completed a Canadian secondary or post-secondary educational program; or
obtain an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) and provide the ECA reference number in their application, along with proof of the foreign educational credentials for which points are being claimed.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

It is extremely unlikely, IMO, for IRCC to re-open an application if the mistake was on the part of the applicant. However, you can try. At the same time, you can create a new EE profile, get another ITA and submit a fresh application (would consume less time, IMO).

Eligibility will only pass after they have stamped visa on your PP.

Schedule 4 is requested only for provincial nominees. From my observation from the list of November applicants, there are so many PNP applicants who have neither submitted Schedule 4 along with the application nor have been requested by IRCC to submit one.

There are things that might happen in the background without any updates to your application. If you want to know the status of your application, you can order GCMS notes post the 90 day mark and see what is going on with your application.

The normal processing time is 6 months from the date you get your AOR.

Each case is different so as the VOs. A lot of PNP applicants been asked for Schedule 4 & 4A and in the same time, others are not. ADR is nowhere related to BG check & start of BG is also different from case to case.

Thanks

Exactly Neorol. It doesn't cost them anything but they refuse to support for PR. I will do everything in my capacity to get the document. If nothing works then I will submit LOE stating the same reason with a proof that my employer refused to provide any document.I have the supporting documents with all the details which was submitted for my initial work permit application. I am with the same company and in same role for 3 years. I will show that as supporting document for my responsibilities. Also I can get a notarized letter from a colleague.

My only missing thing is the letter stating 1 year work after PR. I have valid WP for 2 more years and I am on a full time job. Missing that letter is a concern and not sure if there is any alternate for that.
