when I have an ITA for which I am yet to submit the application, do I still receive the PNP nomination in case they start inviting and I have enough points?

Exactly Neorol. It doesn't cost them anything but they refuse to support for PR. I will do everything in my capacity to get the document. If nothing works then I will submit LOE stating the same reason with a proof that my employer refused to provide any document.I have the supporting documents with all the details which was submitted for my initial work permit application. I am with the same company and in same role for 3 years. I will show that as supporting document for my responsibilities. Also I can get a notarized letter from a colleague.

My only missing thing is the letter stating 1 year work after PR. I have valid WP for 2 more years and I am on a full time job. Missing that letter is a concern and not sure if there is any alternate for that.

It's unbelievable and the total exploiting of your situation. I'm so sorry for you and people like your employer make me really upset. I really hope you will be able to support your case and when you get your PR just leave them right away without saying anything. Best wishes!

Happy new year dear members!

I am humbly seeking your expert guidance with the following:

Background:
In my EE work experience section, i entered the only 3 jobs I have ever had - one for 5 years (5231), one for 4 years (NOC 1111) and my current job for 1 year (NOC 1111). I specified my primary occupation to be NOC 1111.

What i want to do:
I got my ITA on december 22, 2016. I only want my APR to be based on my former job for 4 (NOC 1111). Hence, in filling out my PR form, i want to only mention the said job in my work experience, while putting the other two in my personal history (so i will only need to get a full reference for my job for 4 years). Also, i want to change my current job (1 year exp) from NOC 1111 to NOC 0111.

Question:
Would the above action be ok to do? or would my APR be rejected or classified as a misrepresentation? also should i upload any supporting information for two jobs in my personal history?

I think what you can do, if your employer is not giving a letter is...Attach your hiring/offer letter for job, alongwith the latest pay stubs of past 3 months, and a letter from the HR mentioning that you are currently hired in the job position for which an older offer letter is attached. This way your HR's letter will validate your offer letter which should have a description of your duties. Hope this helps..good luck

No separate checklist is genereated for IELTS/CELPIP. You can upload it with the education documents. If you have already submitted the application, then forget it - they'll get back to you if they need the document. It isn't mandatory to submit this along with your e-APR.

Your safest bet would be uploading IELTS result with educational credentials file if still you didn't submitted eAPR yet. If you already submitted eAPR without IELTS & haven't been contacted yet by your VO, you can raise CSE/email to Ottawa. And finally, if your VO had contacted you already in this regard, just follow his/her instructions.
