Quick question...

If you get a rejection, do you need to go back to the Express Entry Pool and wait for a new ITA or you can re-create your application based on your previous invitation?

You need to create a new EE profile and wait for another ITA.
If you had a nomination from a province you need to link this nomination to your new profile.
After receiving the next ITA you need to fill all the forms again from the scratch.
Mine was rejected and I went through this whole process. Added 2 months to my timeline.

did u get police certificate from passport seva kendra or police station.......its recommended u get from PSK, how many days post AOR u got this rejection and may i know ur category, u can raise cse and request them to open file.

Also, immediately create a new profile so you can be on the next draw in case they do not reopen your case. They usually take 10-15 days to reply a CSE. Good luck reopening!

Hi,

I have submitted eAPR today, however a quick question on the height field in personal details.

Nurse at the medical center meassured my height around 3 cm less which doctor is going to write in medical exam report. However, I have mentioned my height in eAPR which I know of through yearly medical exams.

for example,

My actual height which I know of = 178 cm, I entered this in application
Immigraion medical exam height= 175 cm

This is the case of all family members, somewhow I was not convinced and my wife about the way nurse measure our height.

Is this mismatch going to be an issue? I hope not, kindly shed light.

The worst that can happen is you get a request to correct your height . Please. This is not an issue. Relax.

Thanks Dear Raj, this kind of confusions and doubts keep coming because of the stringent checks and rejections done by CIC which I have come to know of in this forum and scares me a lot although I have done all documents very dilligently.

Truly speaking, I find Canada Immi to cumbersome, complex process and strict in nature than Australia which I had followed in parallel. Australia Immi is straightforward and fast and they give you chance even if there is an issue.

Paranoia is a common thing that affects almost all applicants. We just have to train ourselves so that it doesn't get to us.

There is similar case in this threat... please review..
A letter from local police station wont work as it only provide details of that place...
Get a new one from Passport seva kendra (PSK) and re apply.

This been discussed and re-discussed a lot of times on the forum since 2015. PCC from PSK will work. I have not heard back from anybody saying otherwise. PCC from local police station will probably mention the address of your current residence alone. If you have lived in other address in the country in the past 10 years, then it is an issue. IRCC will likely refuse the application on the grounds that the PCC contains only the current address and that the other addresses are not covered.
