Please tell me do you know what type of employers did those persons have?

I don't know much about employers, but I know those individuals were not involved in any kind of criminal/espionage activities, CSIS was just suspicious of their boss/employer back in Iran and they have been sacrificed in this middle.

I would suggest you raise a CSE... it does no harm being open - just highlight your mistake.

In any case, they state that if you dont submit the documents, your application will be assessed based on what they have; this is to mean that the application sis not rejected outrightly.. . I am therefore inclined to think that they would consider your documents even though you transmitted late.

Remember; the system never lies - it will show the date of your uploads and the transmission date. The more the reason you should disclose your mistake.

I agree with what Cofca said. Please send CSE and explain the situation. Good luck.

From what I searched online and my personal experience of inadmissible for PR (not because of security issues but my spouse had a departure order turned into a deportation order. AND my PR application was approved and I got CoPR), RICC will not reject the case by shot gun but through proper procee

1. If CSIS has suspicious, they will need to conduct a interview with the applicant arranged by RICC before finalizing a decision

2. RICC must issue a Procedure Fairness Letter to the applicant about details why they are inadmissible, they must give the applicant a reasonable chance to overcome it within certain amount of time- this was what I received regarding my spouse

As said above, if the three you mentioned got rejected because of security concerns, they muster failed to satisfy CSIS and RICC in the interview and/or with whatever additional information they can provide to ease RICC's concerns. I'm not saying it's going to be easy but it's not like you will get rejected without a chance to fight for it

Have you people heard of cases are rejected because of security reasons? In other words, inadmissible.
I have heard of three cases that after a long security screening they are determined inadmissible, all from Iran, just because of the supervisor they worked for or the company they were hired. I am afraid as my EE is now in 7th month and it is stuck in the security part.

There are so many Iranians getting PRs every year. As a matter of fact, they are one of the most prominent communities in provinces such as Ontario. Do not let hearing horror stories from people who got a rejection get into you. If you have a transparent background, you have nothing to worry about. Mind you, there has been huge sanction reliefs with most of the sanctions lifted after recent negotiations between Iran and the west. So there is a better climate in general, which may ease the process for Iraninans. (That is if you have Iranian background and are concerned)

Out of curiosity, may I ask which 2 additional documents did they ask for? Let's hope for the best!

Military records and divorce certificate of the accompanying husband.

I uploaded them on time but did not press the "transmit" until about a week later. Totally my fault.

When they open my file, do you think these two documents will be seen or not? I mean is there any chance these two documents will be missing since I didn't transmit them on time?

Thank you, that was so reassuring.

Got my file back because of just one missing signature in nominee form.

That is very sad. I'm assuming its from OINP? Unfortunately, they have stopped accepting re-submitted application since May 10, 2016. They might resume sending PT NOIs from November 2016. I wish you all the very best and hope you get through successfully this time.

Good luck!

Hi Raj,

You mean OINP is no longer transferring the 'nomination' in case someone need to reapply with CIC?? That's mean...

Poor us; I pray everthing is okay with our application..

I think what he meant was before that time, OINP would send your incompleted application back alone with a letter saying what doc/thing was missing causing the return, and also give the applicant 30 days to gather all doc and reapply or continue the application. When I applied my OINP last year in July, I missed print 2 pages of my passport, so they returned my package to me alone with the letter asking to re-submit everything in 30 days which I did and got the nomination after all. Nowadays I guess they just rejected incompleted package without giving a second chance due to the high volume of workload

Good day, have anybody been rejected after submission of passport. I have submitted our passport last July 18,2016, and until now there is no news at all. I have emailed the Visa but they have not replied. I am quite worried.

Rejection after PPR is extremely unlikely (nearly impossible) but this can happen if the VO finds out that there was some misrepresentation involved. Hope you get back your PP soon!

Good luck and all the very best!!

Hi,

Would be needing your help in filling out Personal History - Statutory Questions in PR Application.

My previous Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Application was rejected (Application Ineligible) by SINP due to Proof of Funds (lack of maturity), later I applied for SINP again & I was nominated though. I received my ITA on August 24th draw.

Below are my Queries:

Query#1: It is understandable that I should select YES to the 1st Question. What should I select for 2nd Question below?? YES or NO??

Query#2: My Spouse was also part of my previous Application. So, should I select same responses even for her??

Query#3: When I applied for SINP 2nd time, I missed to update below Questions in Schedule A form, now shall I make these fields corrected & upload upfront Schedule A form in LOE section in e-APR??

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. Has ***** you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

2. Has ***** ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thanks in advance!!
