Its just that they have rigid rules to abide bykatja2684 said:Sorry for your refusal Feejay. I just don't get it, why doesn't CIC call the employer or invite you for an interview instead of rejecting the application like this.
Tell them it is an upfront medicals for Express Entry - Permanent Residency purposes. Most likely, they would assess the PA under Non EDE - Worker and the rest of the applicants under EDE - Family class.sidaktoronto said:hi guys,

Asivad, the hospital I went to put me (PA) and my spouse and dependent infant all in the same Non-EDE, Worker category. And they say very confidently that this is the instruction they got from the Canadian Embassy for all Express entry PR applications. Now I am scared whether this will be reason for rejection :-[Asivad Anac said:Tell them it is an upfront medicals for Express Entry - Permanent Residency purposes. I really don't think it matters. With the re-opening of yelena's case (the original medical misclassification case) I suspect that CIC has corrected its errors. We had a whole bunch of these mistakes after yelena's, and haven't had any new ones in a while. This is not something that is up to the applicant, so I truly think everyone should relax about it and work hard on the things we CAN influence.sidaktoronto said:thanks for your response asivad...everyone is still debating , some went for other medical category...its a big confusion....
Rejection after 110 days, i can understand your frustration, as most of may applicants are in same timeline of yours. I would suggest to refer employment format from cic website and get the same from your employer and resubmit EOI. I know, its lengthy and hardwork all from start, but this is the only option and i know many who got PR in third attempt. So dont loose hope. Our best wishes with you.feejay87 said:sure
EE profile made : 13 february
ITA : 27th march
Application submitted and AOR : 4th May
Medicals Passed : 18th May
Additional Documents request (travel history and family member details) : 4th August
Application refused : 21st August (Reason: VO wasn't satisfied with employment evidence)
My partner and I had the same category and we got PPR. But the problem was not in the category - or, more accurately, apparently only those with the CORRECT EE category (non-EDE, worker) were rejected, and only a very few of those - most in every category went through just fine.rahulpatel said:Mine is EDE family category and medical is passed since 1 month. No, we have a lot of approvals without using consultants on this forum.haceeb said:Do you guys think that all such rejections could have been avoided by hiring an authorised consultant..
