It really depends on what you missed.

If you have dependents that are Canadian or are PR of Canada, then if you mention the country of citizenship/their current residence status, your fees should have been calculated accordingly. There might have been some error in the middle that caused the confusion.

Anyway, you will get that money back (and I suppose the note about the refund requested is because of your Canadian child).
Thank you!

I submitted my new passport in eapr and did not submit old passport which contained all travel history.
will this lead to rejection? or CIC will call for additional doc?

Ideally You should have sent across the Old passport copy as well. When did you receive your new passport ? To be on a safer side, you can still raise a CSE and upload the copies of the old passport with the LOE.

Is your express entry profile created with old passport number or new passport number? If it's with new passport number, then don't worry. You don't need to submit old passport. I had almost all of my travel history in the past 10 years on my old passport. My new passport hardly had any visa stamps. But I only submitted my new passport pages and mentioned all of my previous travels in the travel history section. My application was approved.

I mentioned new passport number in CIC-express entry only....my only worry is how CIC cross check my travel history without my old passport which contains all visa stamps.

The old passport is not required at all, regardless of how many visa stamps are in it.

If your old passport's travel stamps are more than 10 years old then you do not need to send one to CIC. However if it falls within recent 10 years then it is advisable to send across those copies to CIC. CIC would anyway find out about all your travel history. It is anyway your call to send across the Old passport copies to CIC or Not. What is your eAPR date ?

Completely incorrect. Not required and no reason for any form of rejection.

Cic have access to international databases which track your passport movements. People are rejected for not declaring all trips, but even that is rare. No one has been rejected for not providing the old passport as cic only ask for the current valid passport.

I did not say that this would end up in rejection. I was on the same boat, and I was also advised to send across the old passport copies to be on the safer side.

There is no safe side. It's false advise that is repeatedly spread. Instead of my old passport I could submit photos of my garden, equally irrelevant and not requested by cic.

Hi Senior, can I seek your advise on my questions below:

I submitted my application yesterday and received AOR, but I am worried if my application will be rejected because I moved all of my spouse's working history from working history from to personal details form. As saw a lot experts advise this is a good way to disclose the information without providing the reference letters ( my spouse's reference letters are very generic reference letters and cannot provide the detail reference letter per CIC requirement that is why I moved it to persona history). In addition, I also provide a letter of explanation to CIC to explain that the reason why I moved them because my spouse's working experience are foreign working experience cannot contribute any points and doesn't have impact on my score. So under my spouse's working experience I leave it as " No". Will application be rejected due to misrepresentation?

Thank you very much for your advice!

No, this is the right approach and you won't get rejected.
