Not if you attached a self declaration from your spouse that the funds are for family use on immigration purpose.

Dear All,

Happy to share with you that I received PPR today.

I am applicant from India, and had submitted my file in Dec 2015.
I submitted PCC issues by SSP office at my native, however I had lived in 3 different States in India since my 18th Birthday, same applies to my wife.

Currently I am residing in a different state than the one mentioned on my passport.

And with the all the rejection going on due to PCC I was worried as I had not provided PCC for all the addresses mentioned in personal activity.

Somehow It all worked and got the PPR today. May be Lucky enough.

The above story is shared in order to raise some hope to the applicants who have similar case and had already submitted their profile. But for the future applicants I would advise them to submit PSK issue PCC only, to ensure your PCC is not geography and time bount.
CONGRATULATIONS!!! for your PPR.

You got it not because you were lucky but because with SSP PCC also you knowingly/unknowingly did the right thing.

All your various (different) addressess were in your personal history section and not in your work history section. So you passed the CIC litmus test of all work related addresses should have PCC is any one of them is more than 6 months.

I have been telling this from the beginning.

Rule is All your work history section should be covered by PCC if stayed more than 6 months.

Thanks for your answer.
In below link it clearly says that it must be under applicant name.
But this declaration : would you please explain?
What should I do?
Is there a specific form for this? Should I open a SCE?
What should I do? Could you please guide me. I am really sad about this ...

Thats what, My whole "work history" is outside my passport address,
From Past 6.5 years I am residing outside my native because of Job, and My PCC mentioned only my Permanent Address.

Hello seniors,

I have a question regarding the work experience. I started working from Nov 26, 2013 to November 5, 2015.

I know this may sound funny but does it count as 2 year experience or 1 year??? Because I know for CEC it has to be exactly 52 weeks for 1 year. So for 2 years, does it have to be 104 weeks as well???

If it does, then I lack 2 weeks of work experience... and my CRS will drop by 25 points, currently my point is at 470. I am really confused right now and I have been rejected one in 2014 due to CEC Cap met.

Thank you all in advance!!

If you lived in Canada for the last 10 years and didn't leave the country (my case) you do NOT need a police clearance from the country you were in before coming to Canada. That's what CIC told me and that's what my lawyer told me.

A:Yes it will. but you may still get an ITA in the next draw.
Thank you all in advance!!

Are you 28 yrs. old?
If older then you were wrongly informed by both.

You should make the spouse account as joint account and send an immediate update to by CSE along with your updated bank letter and account statement, along with a self declaration on a plain sheet of paper signed by your spouse.

Attach a polite LoE to explain all these.

If you changed the account into joint one, it will be a new account with a new account number (as if you closed the old one and opened a new), be sure to get a letter from the bank (ideally both accounts old and new joint one should be in the same bank) about this as it might violate the 6-months statement requirement.

Hi! I would really appreciate some help from some of the pros...

I applied via PNP (Ontario) and got AOR in November. I am now waiting for PNP (107 days as of now).

Before I move I have to sell my apartment here, but I would not like to do so before getting PNP. Nevertheless, I got a good price offer today from an interested buyer and now I have to consider the options.

Are there any real chances of rejection for PNP applicants after 107 days? I would hate to sell the apartment then be rejected... Any opinions, suggestions?

Please help!

I believe some banks have the facility to change the solo account to a joint...just explore that, if possible else go for a fresh one.

You timeline says ITA and then your post says 'waiting for PNP'...there are contradictions...or wrong use of terminologies.

Historical data proves that No. of days elapsed is no measure for success or rejection of applications.
