I can show you the reason they rejected my app.

Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:
o The Police certificate for your spouse, XXXXX, from CHINA was issued prior to
their last residence in that country. The Police certificate was issued on 12 January 2016
and covered the period from 8 March 1993 to 23 March 2010. Their last residence in
this country was 8 August 2012 to 9 September 2012 as entered on the address history.

So basically after September 2012, she took 2 more trips back to China, one in the end of 2013 and one in the end of 2015, all for 2 weeks maximum. They didn't say the last residence was any of these 2 on the letter, so I'm only guessing based on the fact. I could totally be wrong still.

Now this got me more worried. Me and my child visited my husband also whilst he was living in Dubai. Both visits lasted maximum 2months? Does this mean i need to get a pcc from dubai for myself also?

So according to CIC your spouse's stay in China from 8 August 2012 to 9 September 2012 WAS considered a STAY but not the ones at the end of 2013 and end of 2015 (probably both for 2 weeks i assume).

That's strange, Why should it be such or is it that there is a time period (say more than a month as in this case) which if crossed they consider as STAY else ignore?????

I believe it was considered a stay because the period is recorded in the OPs personal history as a period of "Unemployment" where as the other two periods were recorder as travel history as vacation.

Actually I needed clarification on something too.

If you take a trip/business/vacation travel, do you record that on your address history? Or in travel history only? Cuz I checked my profile again, that 1 month in 2012 was recorded in address history, but we didn't put the 2 travel in 2013 and 2015 there, they're only recorded under travel history.

Does it mean that if it were shown as a month's vacation (due to school) and not shown under personal history section, there wouldn't have been any issue (rejection)??

If that is Yes, then it means as a (golden) rule, "All your personal history should be covered by appropriate PCCs without exceptions."

to clear the test of 'PCC passed'.

Have you recorded your 2 months stay in Dubai under the address history? If so then I believe your PCC will have to cover this stay. (I could be wrong)

I think your PCC has to cover everything under the address history, what i'm not sure about currently is if you should record your travel under address history as well.

You may be right here...

AFAIK and understand is that

Address History = Wherever you have stayed as in called it home. (CIC considers >= 6 months probably)
Travel History = Includes all your trips/business itinerary/vacation travels etc. where you travelled & stayed but didn't live. (CIC considers < 6 months *sometimes hazy* probably)

And to be safe (from PCC POV) these should not cross paths (i mean overlap or show duplications)

I think we're getting something over here. And I agree with you that in most of the cases, travel history shouldn't be included under address history, which should be covered by your PCC time bound.

Do we have to upload the medical report given by the clinic. The 1 page document saying e-medicals.

Also do we upload nomination certificate and birth certificates as well?

Thanks.

A friend in this case need solution

Here is his case, while filling the Pre EE profile instead of selecting Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

She has picked Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute.

She was fortunate to get a Provincial Nomination.

She discovered she had picked the wrong level of education for herself after an ITA has been given and when filling the PR form.

In this case can she change to the right LEVEL OF EDUCATION or maintain what she uses in the Pre EE profile as she is worried.

Could this be seen as misinterpretation or what.... What can she do to resolve the present situation.

Hi I need HELP please!!!!!

Anyone has done appeal before? How can I appeal?
I was refused because they said I don't have 2 year experience as I claimed in the application, reason being i was a student before June 2014 (wrong, I graduated in June 2013) and work permit was issued in June 2014 (wrong, it was Aug 2013)

I cannot imagine they can make such mistake!!!Nothing related to appeal in the refuse letter... Omg

I have called call centre, they said I can do web form for enquiry, which I have done.
But it will take another month for them to reply to web form enquiry...

Anyone knows about any appeal # I can call? Or other way I can ask question and can get quicker response?

Thanks!
Yolanda
