Hi experts,
CIC rejected my application due to PCC (obtained from pakistan) as address in PCC is different than the address history. this is true as PCC is obtained from home town whereas as per my address history i stayed out of home town in last 10 years in different cities.

what kind of PCC should i get prepared to server the purpose if in future i could ever reach to ITA again.

I am sorry to hear about your rejection. You need to get one from all the cities and more specifically for all the address (if you have stayed at more than one address in a city) where you have lived since the age of 18.

BTW if you don't mind answering what is your AOR date?

i don't what what AOR doest stands far, however, i got rejection on 2nd Jan-2016.

AOR is acknowledgment of receipt. It is the date when you actually filed your application.

Sorry to hear about your rejection, To prepare for the next steps:
1. Did you already created new EE profile?
2. Have you informed SINP to transfer your nomination to new profile if already created?

If I am not wrong your file was rejected on 2nd Feb 2016 and not 2nd Jan.

Your AOR I guess is 30th or 31st Jan, the day you got acknowledgement from CIC in you MYCIC account.

Please confirm.

is the address history and personal activities are same thing in CIC,
i gave the addresses of my locations (in last 10 years) in personal activities tab,
whereas i didn't find any thing "address history" in CIC

Learning about your rejection makes me worried. My PCC also has a different address but both are in the same city, how about yours?

I'm not from Pakistan but I assume CIC applies the same principal everywhere.

2. for point 2, i have downloaded the form, filled it, now in process in collecting recent bankstatement, can you further help on having a LOE to explain to sinp so that i could succeed in revised nomination. while filing the form, should is selection 'revision' instead of extension, pls confirm, is there any LEO sample, as per your experience what is success ratio of getting revised nomination. again, would appreciate if i could some sample for LOE to sinp to seek revision.

yes the address history and personal activities are same in CIC.

I find myself in similar situation, I have been living outside my permanent/passport address for last 6+ years, and I provided the PCC for my permanent address.
However only difference is that my personal activities do mention the permanent address also.

Strange thing in your case is the speed at which you file was rejected, it was like 4 days only after AOR.
My AOR is 26th Dec, No decision made.

Success rate is 100% as per my experience on this forum, no need to worry, You can get a reference from OOPNP thread, I remember a member getting his Nomination transferred to new profile, Below is the message from that member:

Here is the update i got from OOPNP - helpful in cases after nomination due to any cause application is rejected by CIC. Below does help in knowing there would be chance to transfer the nomination to new express profile.

"Thank you for your email.

In the event that CIC rejects a PR application that is based on an OINP nomination under the Human Capital Priorities or French-Speaking Skilled Worker Streams, you are correct that the Express Entry Profile under which the nomination was issued becomes invalidated.

In these cases the OINP would ask the applicant to provide:

A detailed explanation of why the original EE Profile was invalidated;
The new EE Profile number and job seeker validation code; and
The previous EE Profile number and job seeker validation code.

On receipt of the above, the OINP would enter the EE Portal system and attempt to transfer the nomination from the old profile to the new one.

Sorry to learn about that, I lived on two addresses in last ten years. So I obtained two PCCs from the addresses I was mentioned in my address history.

Today I will submit my application. Need Prays..... !

Get PCC from all those districts where you have lived since you turned to 18.
When did you receive AOR and have you paid RPRF?

so in order to include passport address in personal activities, i would have to stretch the duration of address history from past 10 years to 15 years.

Summary of Rejections​

General

1. Issues with PCC
a. Specific for India: only states one address but applicant has stayed in at least 2 or more addresses not covered in the PCC.
b. Not getting PCC for all countries where the applicant has stayed for more than 6 months in the last 10 years

2. Education Credentials Assessment and Proof of Education overall
a. Original transcript of records and diploma not included in submission
b. ECA report not uploaded in submission
c. Education profile not transferred correctly/completely from EE profile to eAPR e.g. Bachelor's level in EE profile, but transferred as Diploma level only in eAPR
d. ECA report not accessible online to CIC (just recently known). Only applicable to ECA assessment 2014 and back.

3. Significant discrepancy between declared NOC versus job duties/titles in reference letter of employment

4. Documents in any language aside from English or French not translated

5. Invalid medical exam (still acquiring exact details about this)

5. Proof of funds
a. Any kind of inconsistency or gap with the bank certificate and bank statements
b. Age of funds not more than 6 months back and missing gift deed/s or any proof that the money is a gift compared to being borrowed


For applicants applying under CEC

1. Job offer not stating Permanent

2. No LMIA
