Guys
Reagarding the transltions ;
The documents I supplied to SINP were translated from authorized translator but he does not tranlate stamps
He translated the content but he does not translate the stamp itself
It passed with SINP
Any idea if I can re-use them or to translate again with other translator ?

Seniors please help,

I have 2 birth certificates - one from the country where I was born, and another from my parent's country of citizenship.
My parents changed my name before they applied for the 2nd BC (their country of citizenship) and this is the name that I've always used and is on all of my official documents (passport, degree, driver license, etc.)

I have never used the name stated on the BC from the country where I was born. However, I forgot to mention this name in my previous applications to CIC (study permit, work permit, visa) - I just forgot that I even had that name on another BC. Would this cause any problems?

This won't cause any problems.

Thanks for your reply Asivad.
I have another concern: In the PCC for the country where I was born it doesn't list the name that is on the BC from that country, since the application for the PCC is based on my passport. Although I haven't lived in that country after I was 18 years old, would CIC deem the PCC incorrect?

If you've never lived in that country after turning 18, you aren't expected to provide PCC from that country. So what it says on that PCC shouldn't matter to your PR application.

Hello all.

Urgent help requires!

For getting PCC I need to apply for new passport(as my current address is different and in Ahmedabad PSK center they are nit allowing PCC on old address passport.... that's a long story!)
1. And if I go for new passport! Do I need to worried about updating the new passport details to CIC and to my province ?
2. Now I am planning for PVC. POLICE VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE. Which we get from commisioner office instead of Passport office. IS PVC OK?
3. Since 2009 we are living in ahmedabad so we got a PVC from ahmedabad commissioner office....BUT now my query is tgat before 2009 we were living in Patan which is a small town. Now HOW TO GET PVC FROM SMALL TOWN LIKE PATAN?? I mean getting a clearance certificate from city police station is ok?

I know it's a long para of doubts. But will really appreciate if someone can throw some lights on it.

Thanks.

Dears
I have claimed points for my spouse work experience but difficult to get her detailed experience letter..
What happens if I apply incomplete experience letter for her? Rejection or only losing points?
Or better to delete her work experience from my profile (Did not receive ITA yet )?
Thanks

It's better you delete her work experience if you are unable to get other substitute documents such as: a reference letter from her colleague, pay stubs, salary account statement, appointment letters, etc. The colleague ref letter can be written on plain paper, but must detail all neccessary information.

Hello everyone,

Do we need to attest our high school certificates as well from WES or any other body?

Thanks

You don't have to if you have any higher degree, bachelor, masters, etc. Points are awarded in view of your highest degree.

For query 1, you always update CIC with your new passport using the case specific enquiry link (CSE). Type " case specific enquiry" on google to get the link.

On other enquiries, I would leave those familiar with that terrain to do justice to them

Does your spouse have Canadian Work experience? I am asking this because spouse's work experience is considered only if it was gained in Canada. Otherwise, they give you no points whatsoever.
