I would really appreciate if you advise me for below issue:

I have applied Federal Skilled Worker and finally decision has been made on my application recently. I am planning to apply University or job in my country outside Canada. I need PR card/documents that prove my PR status in order to apply University/job. In order to get PR card I need to enter Canada and I have already bought a ticket to Canada 21 August 2015 and will return 26 August 2015. I will give my friend's address to Immigration officer for delivering my PR card. Then my friend can post PR card to my country. I am wondering if i) I can enter in Mar-16 with PR card which my friend sent by post ii) generally is it a good practice?

Since your application has already been 'Decision Made', why would you want to apply or study in your country rather than in Canada. And, how does PR status help you to find a job / university in your country?

Congratulations for buying a ticket and planning to land in Canada. It is always advisable to provide your friends/relatives address to the immigration officer. PR card would be sent to the address specified by you. Just in case if you haven't noticed that PR card processing itself is taking 90+ days to reach you.

It is not recommended or illegal to send your PR by post to any place outside Canada. Since you've already booked your flight ticket, you can leave Canada without any issue. But you cannot re-enter Canada unless you have any proper document like PR card. But there is one alternative for you to land - You need to undergo the process again and you need to file an application with CIC to provide your landing or re-enter to Canada papers. It would cost you in $$. Please check CIC website for more information / processing times. Don't or never ask anyone to send out your PR card. You will be in trouble if it gets lost in transit. Alternatively, if you anyone coming to your place, you may ask them to bring personally and hand it over to you.

The medical results were received by June 2nd by CIC in my case. I have still not received the Passport request so far. Can someone advise if there is any reason for it. How much more time it would take.

Sorry for being late... Am happy to update that I got decision made status updated on my ecas yesterday.

Timelines updated on the left. Am still to get PPR email, hope all is positive.

Am wishing everyone awaiting for MRs, DM and PPR a speedy process from hereon and each of you update asap.. !!

Hey,
Finally landed at Calgary International Airport on 21st July 1330hrs. Immigration was a breeze so do customs. The time taken was mainly in queue. By 4pm we were out of Airport and in an hour at our hotel booked online in advance. Got an accommodation too today.
Got final line update also today.
Hope everyone got their update sooner.

Hi Seniors and Friends,

Good day. I will submit our passports on coming Monday (27-July-2015) and Hope I can get back after around 1 month later. Hope you all will finish journey soon also.

1) Firstly, our family (me,my wife and baby) will plan to go to Vancouver from Singapore around 3rd week of September 2015 and stay for a few days only and back to Singapore as our Visa validity will end around 23-Oct-2015 (exactly 1 yr from medical date) . My plan is just sign PR Forms at Vancouver Airport and write my friend's home address. Around 4 weeks later , CIC will send our PR Crads to this home address right? Then I ask my friend to deliver our PR Cards to Singapore by courier. How do you think my plan will work?

2) I will bring CAD 10,000 bank draft and CAD 10,000 cash for 3 family members.

Please let me know any link for landing experience and need to study about landing process and any advice. Thanks in advance.

I have single and my permanent address since the beginning and it is still the same; no change at all.

In my case i have applied through an Immigration consultant so in my Ecas there are two addresses displayed, one is " Mailing Address" and other is "Home Address".

So I think that why you having only one address.

My TLU happened on 2 jan 2015 and 60 days after that i.e on 2nd March 2015 receved request for Japan PCC, which was recieved by CIC NDVO on 25th May 2015. But there is no FLU mentioning receipt of Japan PCC . Is it normal that there is no updation in ecas regarding receipt of Japan PCC and by when DM and ppr can be expected.
