I have received an email from NDVO today. It states that the the immigration officer is not convinced about about my employment. he states that the managing director of your company knows you but other staffs did not know you and they did not showed the proof of attendance and salary record.
The immigration officer had mailed me to provide a verification of explaination within 30 days in writing. so what should I provide ? I am the genuine employer of that company and I am confused what should I submit for the verification of immigration officer's report. please HELP me .

The important thing in such cases is to respond with robust documentation and an explanation for the circumstances mentioned in the mail sent from the VO....Remember, the cloud of suspicion has already been raised, it's upto u to convince the VO otherwise, so throw as many documents at them as u can...Some of the work-ex docs I can think of-
a. Business Card & Company ID Card
b. Reference Letter from 2 Colleagues attesting to ur work-ex
c. Pay-slips- the entire bunch (this is very important since the VO has stated no salary record)...If u do not receive salary slips, at least attach bank transfers to ur account showing regularity...remember any document helps
d. Emails & correspondence from ur work-address which give an idea of the nature of ur job duties
e. Form 16s (from the Company) and Income Tax Forms showing a record of the taxes filed
f. Photos with ur superiors & colleagues
g. Ur CV
h. Ur Linkedin Profile Link and Recommendations (if any) from colleagues or boss
i. Any achievements/ certificates/accolades u received from Company for ur work
Along with this u need to attach a signed cover letter politely but firmly explaining the concerns raised by the VO point-by-point like other staffs did not know you (maybe bcos u work in a large office with xx no. of employees?), no proof of attendance (maybe bcos u do not have a system of capturing)....Explain each concern in detail, state ur a genuine employee and as proof ur attaching the above docs and request their kind consideration....
