I have received an email from NDVO today. It states that the the immigration officer is not convinced about about my employment. he states that the managing director of your company knows you but other staffs did not know you and they did not showed the proof of attendance and salary record.

The immigration officer had mailed me to provide a verification of explaination within 30 days in writing. so what should I provide ? I am the genuine employer of that company and I am confused what should I submit for the verification of immigration officer's report. please HELP me .

I am totally tensed !!!

Dear stallion123,

I have difference experience from VFS staff.

I have submitted my PP at VFS on 29th May but still not received back yet.

I am following up with VFS staff since last one week about the PP status but they are saying PP's are with CHC New Delhi and in process.
They are unable to ask CHC on behalf of me but said that if I submit them a request letter then they will deliver it to CHC and shall have to wait for reply from CHC.

Can't understand what shall I do now.

Buddy in your situation just send a Mail directly to the NDVO/CHC and also send a letter through VFS as well. Make a double point of contact whichever reaches faster and help you get the PP back. This no. of days are very Unusual though.[/size]

The important thing in such cases is to respond with robust documentation and an explanation for the circumstances mentioned in the mail sent from the VO....Remember, the cloud of suspicion has already been raised, it's upto u to convince the VO otherwise, so throw as many documents at them as u can...Some of the work-ex docs I can think of-

a. Business Card & Company ID Card
b. Reference Letter from 2 Colleagues attesting to ur work-ex
c. Pay-slips- the entire bunch (this is very important since the VO has stated no salary record)...If u do not receive salary slips, at least attach bank transfers to ur account showing regularity...remember any document helps
d. Emails & correspondence from ur work-address which give an idea of the nature of ur job duties
e. Form 16s (from the Company) and Income Tax Forms showing a record of the taxes filed
f. Photos with ur superiors & colleagues
g. Ur CV
h. Ur Linkedin Profile Link and Recommendations (if any) from colleagues or boss
i. Any achievements/ certificates/accolades u received from Company for ur work

Along with this u need to attach a signed cover letter politely but firmly explaining the concerns raised by the VO point-by-point like other staffs did not know you (maybe bcos u work in a large office with xx no. of employees?), no proof of attendance (maybe bcos u do not have a system of capturing)....Explain each concern in detail, state ur a genuine employee and as proof ur attaching the above docs and request their kind consideration....

I m also in almost same time frame. I submitted on 8th june. Did call vfs bu said the same thing its with ndvo.
I am thinking of rasing cse maybe next wk. Did u send cse? Do let me know please.

I have PM you. Raising CSE at this stage is too early for you. CSE is putting up a query at CHC directly. As I said VFS and CHC are different. CHC for stamping now a days takes time of around 10-12 WORKING DAYS. Expect it within a day or two. In case it goes beyond July 8, you may opt for raising a CSE.

Could u say about your application submission date,your noc,per date.when did they verify your working place? Ho did they know that your attendance record and salary ?
I am also in the similar situation about pending application .

I am very much worried due to my pending application.i applied on 23 June 2014,per on 21 October ,second line updated on 5 dec,visa office ndvo,noc 4011,.my telephonic inquiry was held on dec6 in my past college .then no update till date .when raised gcms,it says selection and eligibility passed from visa office.when asking about my status I got following response
You are further advised that your file has been reviewed by a visa officer and is now pending further verifications.

For now, there is no action required on your part. Please be assured that as soon as the verifications are completed, the next steps in this application will be determined and you will be contacted. Until then, we will not be able to provide any additional information on this case.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.
No further communication yet,very much worried .after one month of this mail when inquired again ,got same email.can any body console me

Certainly not. The proof of funds should be liquid. VO will not accept valuation of land/jewellery/car, insurance policies or bank balance of parents/siblings. The proofs can be, bank balance, fixed deposits, of yours or your dependents. I think employee provident fund will also be accepted but not very sure about it.
