I have asked this question before but didn't get any proper answer.
My app is now DM and they informed me about my visa expiry date. I need to know if my file can be further reviewed after decision made, I mean once I send my passport because actually my position has been changed since I applied for FSW but it is related to my NOC.

I am really worried about this matter. can anyone help on this matter?

Thanks God bless u all.

Hi All,

Submitted my passport at the VFS Delhi today.

Faced a small issue, the photo studio address was too long to fit on the photograph so the woman who was taking our documents asked us to write the name and DOB at the back. She said its absolutely fine. Hope its fine!
Anybody who faced the same things?

They did not asked me to write anything..
You are making me worried.

Well that we need to make sure that we write address and dob behind one photo (mentioned in your ppr email also). But anyways I havnt heard of any problems raised coz of that...so dont worry :)

Hi Team,

I have sent updated schedule A and reference letter from my new employer to LVO.

The receiver of the courier is PYNAERT N. Has anyone sent any document and received by "PYNAERT N" guy?

Please confirm.

Regards,
Sarvesh

Relax these things don't even matter. VFS reps are specialized in handling these docs. This is the only thing they do and must have faced similar scenario multiple times.

Congrats!! When did you receive it? And when was your DM?

Guys need your Advise.

My Timeline:

Application received (lock in date): 25th June, 2014.

PER received: 21st Oct 2014.

NDVO started processing: 16th Dec 2014.

After that no update or MR or PCC request.

My file now going to complete one year on 25th June 2015.

I have got a very good job Offer in the same NOC code occupation. They want me to join from July onwards.

What should I do?

1. Should I wait for Medicals?

2. Will it be an issue if I change my job? (NOC Code occupation duties remain same)

3. Will it cause long delay or insignificant delay in my file process?

Look forward to expert views.

Go ahead and change ur job...It won't impact ur Application....Many ppl have done so...New job doesn't even need to be in the same NOC :)

After u change, raise a CSE and attach a signed Cover Letter stating the Employment Change..also attach ur Relieving Letter from ur Old Comp. and the Joining Letter from ur new company..And also mention (if applicable) any change in contact details like Address, Tel No, etc in the Cover Letter ...This would be fine...

Also, looking at the long delay in MR, recommend u to apply for GCMS Notes......To get the file status...

Attention 2281 noc applicants.. If you want to join whatsup group of 45 numbers of 2281s applicants plz send me your phone number in Personal Message.

for FB secret group (2281 noc) plz send me friend request at https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009648247871

Thanks
