Mates, i have already received my PPR on 22nd May 2015, waiting for my passport with stamp. Now, can i use some of the funds which are shown as POF, or should i wait??

I don't think Indian bank statement will be accepted, it should be in the form of CAD. Go for TC, CAD Cash, Icici hello Canada or kotak scotia bank statements

Oh my god this is getting very scary now... I have been waiting for nearly 4 months now since my medicals and since DM on 9th may... hoping that the PPR will show up today or tomorrow but from the sound of it, seems like a more complicated issue... what to do to resolve this...?? I havent reacted since the DM patiently waiting for the PPR.. now unsure what to even do..

Please send email to the concerned embassy and ask them about you applications status this is important to get the visa issued in time, why wait why not ask them

Choose Immigration-> Family Class-> And pay accordingly under 'Spouse' category....

(I think Express Entry also directs you to the same link...)

Print the receipt generated, fill in ur UCI, DOb etc and all other details and send to VO...

Also just to set ur mind at ease->

I want to know that the docs which were requested along with medical request like pp copies , marriage certificate, rprf, pcc etc. in a mail. And after sending all these docs to the respective visa offc. Then only they update your TLU or TLU is only related to e-medicals which they receive directly from the hospitals. Or the combination of e medicals n requested docs results into the applicants TLU.

Actually i will be going for a short stay, and converting entire money into CAD is not feasible at one go....

I am going there for long term and transferring my PoF to ICICI: Hello Canada Account.

TLU is updated when hospitals upload the medical results to VO. No relation with the docs you had sent to VO.
