Dear members need some help, do you know if there is a time frame between MR and PPR? I got MR on 10 march and still no passport request? Its more than 2 months and still no passport request.

My friend unfortunately there is no specific timeframe from MR to PPR. Each VO is different with their processing speed. Look at my timeline for your satisfaction, I got PPR almost 6 months after medicals. So relax and hope for the best as at this stage chances of rejection are almost rare. If you still wish to know the status of your application then its best to request your GCMS file.

Hi All,
Today reached to final milestone .... Got my Passport back updated with Maple leaf. Have couple of questions about the Visa and COPR :
1. My son is US citizen, No visa stamped in his passport. I got only COPR document for him. Can some one help if this is expected ?
2. COPR documents(got 2 copies for each member, one with photo and other without photo attached) for myself, spouse and my son all are water marked with "Not valid for Travel". Is it normal ?

Thanks in advance.

Did you travelled after your medicals? If thts the case then you dont need to inform VO about the same. And with WVO it seems they send PPR in aorund 2-3 weeks from DM so dont worry as your PPR is on the way.

All the best :)

There is a seperate thread on this forum for GCMS. So dig in and you would find all the info in detail.

Don't worry .... it's normal. It is clearly mentioned in COPR that Visa stamping is not required for all countries. (Please refer the following link). Also, it is normal to print "Not valid for Travel" water mark.
