seek an advise from dear seniors...

i recently visited australia means i have its permanent residency now...i came back after its visit to mid east where i am doing my job right now...now point is i applied under FSW 2014 on 5-June-2014, got my PER on 2 oct 2014...after PER no contact from CIC..my VO is LVO..now should i inform CIC about this travel plus resident visa of Asutralia. If yes then how? or should i wait for CIC correspondance and then let them know...seniors plz advise.

Suggest you inform them now by raising a CSE...It won't do any harm ....Inform here->

I need your guidance,

LVO has requested my payslips from past employer. I had worked for two years with this employer, but LVO did not specify duration.

Now my question is " how many months payslip document am I suppose to send to them?


I would be waiting for response.

Why not provide all 24 payslips if available?

Or if u don't want to...suggest that out of the 2 years.. provide the 1st, 6th, 12th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th Month Payslips

i got medical request on april 9th and underwent medicals on april 14th...i have sent a copy of proof of medicals and fee receipt to visa office..is this fine or do i need to do anything else?

i hope PCC was not requested...if not, this is fine...

Please i need your help.

I think you should inform them now....Just tell that ur married, quoting ur separate Application Nos....and wait for the VO's response..I imagine one of the Applications will be asked to be withdrawn and the other will need to be updated by attaching spouse details....

1)Do you think this is good thing to do or i should tell me now that i am married before they request for passport?

A- Absolutely....remember ur supposed to inform the VO abt any changes in Family Composition, when it occurs

2)Is there any possibility of refusal even after medical?

A- Very rarely, only if the Applicant fails to clear Security/ Criminality checks for ex. bcos of terrorist activities...don't worry abt it

3)My wife is still in Nigeria while am in UK, would that affect anything?

A- No that doesn't affect anything....

I am already in Toronto & CPC-Ottawa have given me two options either:
1) To call them and arrange for an appointment for near your place of residence. And they will call and arrange small interview ask questions and check bank documents etc

OR

2) usual way of going out and entering Canada via Port of entry. But i dont have USA visa.

What do u guys suggest?

I got my Passport Back yesterday with Visa...... It is around 10 months long journey from filing my file to receiving VISA .
Also, it is 10 month long relationship among all of us. I convey my thanks to all those who remained with me in this 10 months, guided me, helped me, and few of them have become my friends....

Since you do not have US Visa, Check if you can apply for tourist visa for US or fly out of Canada (probably go to a different destination) and enter Canada. If that is not possible. Go with the first option

Regarding ur Query, Option 2 definitely....U don't need a USA Visa, u go upto the US Border in a personal car (say at Niagara Falls at the bridge), turn back, and complete ur landing while returning to the Canadian side..It's called 'flagpoling' ..Contact 'Goku', 'Diplomatru' to know more...or check out this thread, many have shared their experiences->

Got my PER on 10th of march but haven't received AOR mail yet. Called up CIC they said me that my file has been transferred to WARSAW VO on 20th march but still no reply from their side.

I need to update my employment changes... can anybody guide me what is the process for that... which documents should i send and to which address... or should i raise a CSE and upload the employment changes there....n what all docs are required...

Raise a CSE only stating the change of jobs and upload scanned copies of ur

a. Relieving Letter & Experience Letter of ur Old Company
b. Offer Letter/ Joining Letter of new Company
c. Any changes in Contact Info like Address/ Phn etc....
