If your certificate is in a language other than English or French, send it when you apply, along with the original copy of a translation done by a certified translator.
Correct bro!!..So this just means that the date you apply
i.e. on the date u first sent ur application to CIC, Nova Scotia, on that date the PCC must not be older than 3 months...
If u send ur PCC at a later stage, all u need to check that-
a. The PCC is valid as per the Concerned authorities' given validity till date (PCCs issued by PSK in India is generally valid for a year, the PCC I obtained from Police Commissioner's Office was valid for 6 months)
b. The PCC is not issued earlier than 3 months before you sent ur initial application....For ex. u sent ur application in end-October (recvd by CIC on 3rd Nov)..so in ur case PCC should not have been issued before end-July...For most ppl sending PCC later,this criteria is easily met bcos of the long gap...Hope this helps
