FOURTH LINE SHOULD TECHNICALLY UPDATE BEFORE PPR............BUT IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED PPR BEFORE 4TH LINE THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY

No, Third line doesn't mean the Receipt of RPRF. mine third line was updated much before i paid for RPRF.

Visa office London and VO is RIH

You can't.....Best you can do if u pay RPRF online, is to obtain Soft Copy of Proof of Delivery from Courier Company...the Soft Copy should have CHC Delhi Stamp...

Your VO is Kingston....Find other applicants at the PPR/ Visa Stage from the SS and contact them...we may not be able to tell u the correct trend for your VO...
