Re-filing after IAD been denied

Hi, I just would like to ask someone with the same issue.
If any one re-file their sponsorship after been denied to IAD? How will this work again, since your going to submit the same documents and information to VISA Office?

If you failed to declare him when you became a PR, refiling will not help your case, you can't sponsor him as he is not considered a member of the family class. I think the only way is for him to immigrate on his own.

Agree 100%. You can read of many of these cases online (it's called CANLII). They (the CIC) are relentless on this particular article of law. You will NOT win an appeal here.

Agreed. There is no point reapplying - you will be refused again.

He should focus on finding a way to immigration to Canada on his own through programs such as Express Entry / Federal Skilled Worker or through one of the Provincial Nomination programs.
