Oh you should not be worried.

My case is one of the very unfortunate ones. I pray no one ends up in my shoes.

I know so many of my friends case went through exactly fine with same evidences and situations like mine.

i think you should appeal for sure..... how many people do u know who have gotten their visa the day of interview?

Our Re application is in process and my wife got PPR just yesterday. ;D finally some relief. Is there no body like me who got rejected on first try and re applied ? Does any one have experience with re applications ?

No.
You are the first case I've ever read of someone re-applying outland and get approved the second time around.
I know of cases who applied inland, got rejected, then applied outland and got approved.
Congrats!

In my case it was lack of evidence on the first try. On the second time I prepared no less then 200 pics , 100 pure evidences of genuine relationship. I prepared everything in detail. Also countered there misunderstanding with proof which they might have had in our first attempt. PPR does not mean We will pass through again. But I have given my best attempt to make them realize the truth that we are genuine. Closely watching what happens next..

By any chance do you know why was it rejected in inland. What made it a successful attempt from outland ?

I'd be really interested to know the details of cases like these since me and my husband had our inland application refused 5 months ago and now we're thinking about reapplying outland from Morocco..we've both been living here for 4 months together. Congrats on your wife's PPR SponsorCanada!! :)

Thanks.

What were the reasons for your refusal ?

The IO believed my husband is with me to stay in Canada, I think she believed my intentions were genuine but had a problem with him. Ours was a complicated case because my husband was out of status in Canada for 2 years and we had a quick marriage, plus the fact that he comes from a developing country with a high rate of marriage fraud.
We actually spoke to the lawyer tonight and our case will be a complicated one to prove, but I think we're going to start it soon. We're both living in Morocco right now but I might have to move back to Canada and be separated which will be so difficult...I can't imagine being apart! But my husband has a good job now so hopefully the time goes fast.

If you are citizen then you can stay back in Morroco. Look two ways to go ahead either go with appeal as it might be a better option for you. Or if you can convince yourself that you can generate enough evidences then you can re apply. I take like video footage of us every month. I have collected our pizza bills every week. Collect as many proof to show that you are indeed a real couple. Also order your GCMS notes that will help you solve many doubted questions.
