Biometrics request: 3rd November
Biometrics completed: 4th November
Biometrics updated:5th November
Medical Updated:13th November
Visa refused: 15th November

Reason:
am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Type: sds
Ielts: 7.5

Previous 2 refusals in 2017 for aviation course

I enclosed all documents including my ITR.

B.Sc Physics 61 - 2015
Backlogs 7
4 yrs exp in family business
College applied Confederation
Course : International business 1 yr

Guys my agesnt is saying I shouldn't apply again for the 4th time. I will surely get a rejection. She said to apply for course that is relevant to my bachelors. What do you guys suggest?
I was thinking on making a stronger sop and reapplying on Monday.

The fact that you have Bachelors in Physics and you applied for business, your degree becomes so irrelevance, but good news is, you have experience in your family business, explain how it will benefit in your family business and your home country. I am assuming you applied for deiploma, explain why you chose it.
