Got refused today for the third time. I don't know whether to defer until May intake or just seek to study another country.

when you reapply for the student permit for the second or third time, does it have to be new documents every time or when you submit one document for the first time should you submit that exact one again?

do these letters have to be signed by the people who are sponsoring the applicant?
