No, you cannot view the documents you uploaded. You can only see the name of the files you uploaded. That's what my question was about.

@canuck78, I just read on CIC website that I can actually apply for a visitor record if the gap is over 150 days while changing institutes. Can you explain as to what it is? The information is confusing. Can we start studying again on a visitor record and be eligible for PGWP? Thanks.

A ghost update is when it says "application updated" on your CIC portal but there are no new updates when you open it. It usually happens when an officer opens your file to view it.
