Whatever our prediction be ircc never fails to surprise us.We can only hope for 435-438 if 440 barrier breaks..Otherwise the chances are slim irrespective of draw size and frequency. The draw pattern for the year 2018 says it all.
For folks in the higher 430's: brace yourselves... Ontario will start re-issuing NOI's soon. ONIP has used up less then half of 2018's quota so far, so you're in with a very good chance if your CRS is expected to remain in this range over the next few months.
If you're lucky enough to get an NOI, don't let the chance slip by wondering if you'll get a direct ITA. Another 3-week break between ITA draws will pour cold water over many peoples' dreams. So sit tight, hope for the best, and grab the chance once you get it
The post three week draw on March 14 doesn't "exemplify" any increase in the no. of ITA. When they jumped from 3500 ITAs to 3750 ITAs there was a three week gap. It's good to be cautious and "watch out" but there is no reason to expect a three week gap before every Wednesday. This is a ray of hope thread!! Lets keep it that way ThanksI guess, you are 440? You will be invited. Don't worry. And also, I think tthere was never an ounce of truth to that 440 theory.
From what the past draw dates have shown, they do 3week draw gaps before increasing the number of people invited. (As exemplified by the March - increase to 3500 and June draws - increase to 3750)
If you also examined all the past and the future draw dates, they do 3 week draw gaps in months where they have wiggle room (so far, this is true for March and June. August and September have both wiggle room as well so watch out)
Of course, all of this is just theory. Just warning that 3 week draw gap could still happen especially they're going to increase to 4k soon
If you say so, I am not the expert here. Just sharing some speculations with everyone. Hopefully someone can provide a more indepth explanation behind the 3 week gap so everyone's worry would be eliminated. The thr

I remember some people saying that for IRCC the ITA quota year starts in March and ends in February. Is that an insider news? Cause HCP noi seems like an extinct fruit for this year. But it is true that if OINP issues anymore NOI this year this has to get started within the 20th of August cause after that there wont be enough time left for them to process the application within this year which means they wont meet their yearly quota which reflects the fact that the chances of issuing noi after August is incredibly low for the year.
Average processing time for getting an ONIP nomination after submission is 60-90 days... you can do the math. Also, no one knows for sure exactly when (for IRCC) the 2018 quota ends and 2019's begins. The only fact we know for now is, that roughly half of 2018 ONIP nominations are still up for grabs. Is that an insider news? Cause HCP noi seems like an extinct fruit for this year. Ontario is Jan - Dec. An important point being missed here is no one knows how many nominations have been issued so far, they haven't updated stats since May 3. Also another important point to note is they issued nominations from this year's quota to people who applied last year. It so happened coz they ended up issuing more NOI than the quota and it got filled up. So they had to issue from this year's quota. I saw some people in forum who have reported to have got NOI recently but they have French proficiency. Till the time stats on official page are not published up to date, it will be shrouded in mystery.I remember some people saying that for IRCC the ITA quota year starts in March and ends in February.
Is there official data for this? :OI remember some people saying that for IRCC the ITA quota year starts in March and ends in February.
