Draw usually happens arond 12.00-13.00 UCT. However the announcement will take until 17.00-19.00 UCT. So pls wait with patience.

You probably won't get it for another three months. Try increasing your score by rewriting IELTS and come back later. Sorry mate!

Draw happens generally between 12 PM UTC to 2 PM UTC. and published until 19 PM UTC. So Chill.
