Draw happens generally between 12 PM UTC to 2 PM UTC. and published until 19 PM UTC. So Chill.

Draw might have happened already It takes around 2 hours to get published. Last time it published at around 10.00 AM EST. My question is:- Did anyone receive ITA today? Cz I heard from my colleagues that candidates start getting ITA's before it gets published in CIC website.

IRCC is acting way too different from what they did last year, if they were willing to take candidates of 413s, why are they keeping the cut offs above 440s this year?
