Yes next Wednesday it is very much likely. Referring to Nov 8 & Nov 15, 2017 draw where on Nov 8 cutoff was 458 & than next week draw (Nov 15) was 439, it is likely that there will be steep drop of CRS if it happens next week. Though not expecting it to be so steep fall. Hopes high.

Yes was 15 hours per week. One in the morning and the other one in the afternoon. But no complete a a year
NOI is notification of interest from a province like Ontario. If it's from Ontario you will have 45 days to accept it, means you have to submit all the docs and pay fee in 45 days(check the detailed procedure in thier website, they given it pretty clearly). If you got nomination from them(means Ontario approved your application), you will get 600 points in your EE profile and will pretty much end u in an ITA in the next draw.
Now coming to eligibility, they are selecting people in batches depending on CRS scores from this yr onwards. You can check the updates page in ontarioimmigration to know more on the trend.
Thanks for your reply, it was quite helpful. I guess I shall wait for the Cut-off to go low, wait 2-3 or 4 months at least and then if look for NOI as a last resort. But again, hopes are high. Good Luck Everyone

I'm completely loosing my hope. Looking at this trend in latest draws, I think I have a very slight chance to get ITA. The only way to increase my crs is to take TEF. I was wondering if it's possible to learn French in a year and get 15 crs points for someone like me who knows nothing about French?
