May be that’s the reason draw is not happening today. They want people to make a committed choice which way they want to go .
On a positive note may be it means crs score will fall below 441

If the draw doesn't happen today then I think it is fair to assume CRS cut off will increase or the very minimum stay the same. I just can't think of a reason why they wouldn't do the draw today. Just hoping it is delayed and soon will be posted.

yes. Its possible the tech developer who updates website is on lunch break. :) feeling hopeful at 441.

Maybe the draw has already happened. When the page updates not everyone can see the latest update and instead many will see the cache version of that page. I usually get the first update here in the forum and after around 2-3 hours of that the page in the CIC gets updated for me.

Even I have received NOI on 22nd January 04:45 pm EST. But since they count it as calendar days, I was hoping that I have time till tomorrow.
How is one informed about NOI. Is it a email or update on the profile. Within how many days of creating the profile did you got NOI.
Is it for sure that after NOI and applying for it you will surely get the nomination or is there another draw.

You will get it as a message on Express entry account. i created my profile on Feb 13 and got an NOI on Feb 25th with CRS 441.

So what are you gonna do if crs > 440 today?

create a new profile or take the OINP?
Take the ONIP...But its a race against clock here. I am yet to write my letter of intent :(

What what WHAT?! No draw yet? Major crapulence in progress folks. If the draw doesn't happen tonight (as it now appears so), expect the CRS cut off to go into mid to late 440's. Then soon, one of these Wednesdays we will also see a draw for "Skilled Trades only", contributing even further to the rise in CRS cut off.

That imagined 90,000 ITA target for 2018 sounds quite improbable now... God forbid maybe the actual figure is something like half of that, going by the recent trends.

This ain't worth the headache/heartache. We're all gonna die one day anyway, so might as well spend this limited time we have on this earth being chillaxed. Time to smoke a joint or two, here's some Bob Marley... yaah mon, be irie :):

Just my thoughts - based on CIC website (data from 15Feb2018):
601-1200 320
451-600
905
401-450
22,801
441-450
985
431-440 5,261

So the guys in "600-1200", "451-600" and "441-450" will get their invitations for sure based on what we have seen. This would total 320+905+985 = 2,210 invites. Assuming 3000 invites, thats 790 remaining spots. In addition, there are 5,261 of us in the 431-440 range. So I am probably being overly hopeful, but high 430s seems very possible. Fingers crossed....
This data was before 21st feb draw.
Now figures are different my friend.

You get an additional 600 points if you are granted nomination....so 441+600= 1041 therefore you will definitely get ITA in the next draw....however all your documents need to be uploaded with your application....after verification you will be granted nomination.....

Still hoping for a direct ITA today....

Can anyone give me link to OINP details? Do they invite all people above cut off score or selectively?

This data is as of Feb 15. Today is a different day, pool composition would be different too!
