i am at 438. profile updated on 2nd Jan 2018. I got my OINP NOI on Feb 12th I think. I've started my OINP profile but still hoping the cut-off somehow drops.

I am in the exact same boat as you (438 points and got NOI on 12th Feb). Curious to see if we can get in during the draws on Mar 7th or Mar 21st.

Not just optimism. I viewed the last draw as 443 with one person on 442 getting it. The main things people can be thankful for are (at least I am):
- 3k draw size continuing
- Consistent 2 week interval between draws

Predictions on this forum will continue to hold rather than being wild.

Number of candidates between 441-450 is also reducing ..it was 1420 on 18th Jan..reduced to 1076 on 1st Feb and 985 on 15th.. this means there was accumulation of huge no of candidates at each point (444..443..442)... effectively 1 point has reduced means 350-400 ppl at 442 got invitations.. increase in 431-440 from 1st Feb to 15th was around 400..so those 3 weeks gaps in Dec and Jan playing a role here... if there is consistency in CIC trend it may take sometime but score would be in 430s...

Finally I received ITA today . This week I wasn't even checking the IRCC website and a friend of mine sent me a message after the draw happened and gave me the good news.

Keep your hope alive those who are still in the pool. I was waiting for ITA since 23rd of November.

Was yesterday too late to enter the pool? I submitted my profile yesterday (20-Feb) but somehow got my effective profile date as 21-Feb. I hope I was not too late to get ITA this time.
