Got NOI from Ontario yesterday night IST....NOC 2283...CRS 435...profile created on Jan 13th 2018..!!
Anybody in the same boat (CRS score +-2 or 3 from mine who got the NOI)?? What you guys say about it. I feel with the rest of the year still open...score will fall for at least once below 440 where we have a chance to get direct ITA. Moreover, it's a painful process of over 6-7 months excluding NOI process.
But, senior members please suggest..!!

Lot of got confirmed with this data:
1. Popularity surge of EE (49k active profiles last year June against 70k profiles from last week)
2. Decrease of ITA for LMIA both in % and in total nr. (so LMIA only helps if your core CRS is already decent; unless you are senior manager)
3. Amount of EE PNP - app. 28% (so the estimation for 1/3 for this year shall be correct)
4. App. 1/3 of all ITA went to people with Canadian education. Later on i would say even more.

Be also aware, that certain data were not present.
1. Starting CRS points were visible (at what points EE was created), but closing CRS were not presented (average improvement on EE profile between creation and ITA or expiration).
2. French speakers were only visible if they choose it as a first language. That is mainly the case either for native French speakers or for OINP French stream (which is very small). Bilinguals were not visible at all. And since English is rather natural choice for a foreign language, hence the higher success rate of French speaking candidates (many of them are bilinguals).
3. Gender statistics were presenting but the division between single and married / common law was missing (which would give a better idea of the family size.

It looks like EE is very popular and the competition is getting strong, so working on your CRS is the best you can do. Good luck

Hello @vensak

So, does that mean there is a very big chance for us to see the cutoff not to go go below 430 this year?

According to the data, what is your call about the date when the cutoff to get down to below 435? some people are saying it would happen on coming March so do you think it has any chance?

People are getting really anxious about the current situation & anyone below 440 is scared to sense their Canadian dream might not see the reality ever.

going for NOI sitting on 435 would have been a very weird act if it was 2017, but as this is a new year we shall see the CIC's move to conclude what might happen this year. So, we need at least 2-3 draws more to come to a conclusion. Maybe you can just wait for the next 2 upcoming draws before thinking about OINP.

PCC has to cover till the date of your final departure from the country. If your husband travels back before submitting the application, then PCC becomes invalid and a new one has to be obtained.

As per my understanding you don't need hard copy to enter details in EE profile. All you need is test date, result received date, trf number. Here, test received date can be changed later even after receiving ITA. Your lawyer must be playing safe from his point going as per his rules.
Seriously, I don't understand why people go with agents and lawyers even in this information age, where information is in hands.
I don't know about rest of the countries and I believe it's same for all.
Online results won't have TRF number, it can only be availed from your hard copy.

3) I got the certificate 2 days after nomination, I live in SG. Some got it in 1-2 weeks.

4) No, it is not mandatory but you will surely get an ADR for the certificate and Schedule 4, so better upload these documents upfront if you are a PNP candidate.
Hello,

Can you clarify a bit more about the certificate? Since the OINP HCP application guide instructs to submit the online screenshot.
1. Notification of Interest from Ontario (mandatory)
A copy (print screen) of your Notification of Interest (NOI) letter from
Ontario that was sent to your online account with Immigration,
Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
Am I missing something? Should I expect something by mail or this was under old system?

Also can you kindly clarify whats ADR. I'm encountering the term and the documentation is not clear. If I take the PNP route I need to allot some time for this procedure.

Thanks.
