Hi @Tarakeshwar... Thank you for your reply earlier. It is entreated to assist me with regards to above post.
Independent contractors are usually considered self-employed, but CEC class does permit sales agents earning commission. So it all depends on how your employer views the relationship, what your contractual arrangement is.

You do not need an offer letter, what you need is a letter of employment (reference letter) that includes start and end dates, position, job duties & responsibilities, hours worked per week, and remuneration.

If in doubt, you can request a ruling from the CRA, that CIC will take into consideration.

PS: Copy paste from another forum.. You might want to relook.

(Or), you can explain your situation in entirety along with supporting docs in the Letter of Explanation (LoE)

Hello.. My score is 441 and I am still waiting for the next draw. Is there a way I can get a nomination from Ontario? I have no Canadian work experience.

The date on your mark sheet does not matter. The date on your certificate is the date you were awarded the degree. So use that date as the end date.
hi,
Can u pls help me with one doubt.. I have a provisional degree certificate for my bachelors dated in july-2012. I joined for my masters in july 2012. Then in feb 2013 i was awarded my bachelors degree certificate. So if i give feb 2013 as my course completion date, then there will be a mismatch on my joining date for masters. What do you think i should do.?? My cousin got rejected for the same issue during his australian migration.
Thanks and regards

Completion date is different from award date. Award date can be after a year from completion as well. So in your case you will mention the dates attended, (start and end date, i.e. jul 20120 and the date the degree awarded will feb 2013.

Hope I could explain my self.

Hey guys,

Firstly, thanks for spreading positivity through the ROH thread series!

I would be grateful if someone could help with my query. I want to know if I can create 2 EE profiles- one with my wife a PA and me as dependent and 2nd with me as PA and wife as dependent.

My wife's ECA is likely to be 2 or more degrees while mine may be only bachelors. However i am not sure if my wife would be able to get the experience letter from her company as its been sometime since she has left the company.

Hence the precaution of setting up 2 EE profiles. Pls let me know if this would be permitted. Thanks
It is permitted. Infact I got this idea when i was having a discussion with an immigration agent.

Hi! Does anyone have a soft copy of the unfilled Application form that one needs to fill after getting the ITA? Could you please share it? Just like there's one Application guide to Ontario HCP, there should be one for ITA also. Can I please get a link to it? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I got an ITA last time. But I filled in the work history, the company name as TechAspect instead of TechAspect private limited. Will that be a problem? The documents I submit (referral letter, payslips) have techaspect private limited carrying a logo that reads TechAspect.

Really worried now if I have to decline ITA again :(

well..the only possible explanation is there are many people who got a provincial nomination and have updated their profile.

PNP (601-1200 CRS) is not the main contributor for increased CRS cut-offs. Those who are in the range of 451-600 CRS (those with Foreign Masters+CLB9, Canadian Education, Canadian Work Experience, etc.) are the major reason for increased CRS cut-offs.

If you see the pool data as of Oct 26th, 2017:
1) More than 80% of the new entrants above CRS 450 in the pool are Non-PNP applicants (in 8 days - 163 applicants added).
2) Only less than 20% of the new entrants above CRS 450 in the pool are PNP applicants (in 8 days - 759 applicants added).

Good Analysis dude.
this also tells us that if there is a draw tomorrow then the score might be in the range of 445 to 460.
If the draw is on 22nd then the range would be 450 - 465.
Hope my prediction is wrong and the cutoff drops to 430 and lower. :)

You don't need a nomination from Ontario. Just wait for some more time, you are getting a direct ITA.

Don't decline ITA, it is a precious thing. Just correct the company name.
