I suggest you get this explaination in writing from your employer and attach evidences to prove your employment. They will be happy to proceed
Its not about arguing, you are misguiding people stating they won't receive ITA if they are above the cut off score (with a recent profile creation date). There's no point in arguing. You will know it in few draws.
I read it enough times. I wonder how you are even in the express entry pool without even knowing the basic rule of ranking based on CRS score. You should read what I wrote once again and then comment.
chill guys, lets not take things personally. we all are here for the same purpose.I have been saying the exact same thing what you just mentioned above but the only difference is that i used the word priority
Stop being an idiot!
If you had spent more time in school then you would have understood what I have been saying.
You didn't say the same thing. You mentioned applicant with higher CRS score than cut off would not get ITA which is not the case ever.I have been saying the exact same thing what you just mentioned above but the only difference is that i used the word priority

I guessed too he is up to something. Could not believe someone who has almost 250 posts in this forum can be that ignorant of the basic working of the express entry system.I have seen this guy picking up.. fight with many in this forum.. its better for u to ignore him..
Thanks for this post. I hope he doesn't twist this statement too!chill guys, lets not take things personally. we all are here for the same purpose.
@hishamx87, there are candidates in the previous group (Ray of Hope - 77th Draw) where some of them with scores of 459 who submitted there profiles after the 23rd of October, some of them even submitted on the 30th of October have gotten ITA's so this confirms that the tie breaker rule is applied only to the lowest CRS score.
The easiest and safest method is to get a gift deed created showing that your mother is gifting you this amount (mention the details of the fixed deposit account in the gift deed).@abhishek_89 Bro, throw some light on this if possible
I’m working in Qatar for the last 3 years and 2 months. Every month I remit money here to India to my mother’s account, wife’s account and my own NRI account. I never had the required funds completely in my account. I got money from my mom and wife which was sent by me earlier back into my account within a time of 3 months and opened a fixed deposit on 29th September. How do I prove to cic that it is my money and not borrowed or gifted ? Is there any affidavit format ?
I am not saying that they will not get an ITA. I said that there's a thin chance of not getting an ITA because of the Tie breaker rule. Whatever you said in your posts is correct except the CIC example mentioned on their website. Their example is correct as well, they have applied the FIFO rule and the whole pool is organized by the tie breaker rule now.Its not about arguing, you are misguiding people stating they won't receive ITA if they are above the cut off score (with a recent profile creation date).
The bottom line is:
If your CRS score is above (even 1 point above) the CRS cut off for that particular draw, ITA is guaranteed.
you said a lower scored CRS profile will be prioritised over a higher scored one! lmfao. I mean the stupidity is profound.you dont even have basic understanding of CRS. stop confusing people, you wristy lil wombat!
Constructive criticism is good.I guessed too he is up to something. Could not believe someone who has almost 250 posts in this forum can be that ignorant of the basic working of the express entry system.
Bro heres the link where this guy got ITA with submission date of 31st October. This proves otherwise to the statement by CICI am not saying that they will not get an ITA. Tie breaker rule applies to each applicant at or above the CRS cut off.
New approach to rank candidates with the same CRS score
We can now break ties between candidates with the same rank in the pool.
The Express Entry system ranks candidates in the pool by their CRS score. In case of a CRS tie, the system will then rank all tied candidates based on the date and time that they submitted their profile.
For example:
The highest ranked candidates are invited during rounds of invitations. If we issue 3,500 invitations during a round, the system will pick the top 3,500 candidates at that time. The cut-off for the round is set by the CRS and submission date of the 3,500th candidate. It could look something like this:
Rank CRS Profile submission
(Date and time) Status

Note, if you update your profile, the system will keep the original date and time stamp when you first submitted your profile. But, your profile will have a new time and date stamp if:
- you choose to withdraw your profile and create a new one instead or
- your profile expires and you submit a new one
