I got a NOI from OINP. Currently sitting at 421. I got some questions that I will like you guys to address:

once the provincial nomination gives you +600 what is the time frame until PR?

The fact that you have to go towards the federal process after nomination makes the federal process faster or just about the same processing time as not being nominated?

Croatia! I dont know, been waiting for some fortune teller with good references You pretty much summed it up in your post, now its just a matter of time when it will roll down. Since February they were raining ITAs for those below 450 and now we watch November episode all over again. Scores stayed high after the changes in Nov and then they slowly decreased. Anyway, patience. We all need it. Whether it will be 2017 or 2018 quota, all with 400+ will get in. And I wont go below that because I never saw CIC mentioned that. I analysed their 2016 presentation and seminars with the famous "CIC guy" do you remember him? they announced these changes and everyone was like "blabla, it will never happen blabla.." Dont remember the rest.

Hi gals and guys,

I have to say I'm a bit worried with today's draw and a jump of CRS score (sitting at 414 currently). Particularly, with the jump of candidates between 451 and 600 points. I wonder who they are and if they they keep entering the pool over next weeks. They are not people affected by recent changes or the province nominees.

I suspect they're probably recent graduates entering the pool and wonder if this trend will be sustained.

As many people entering the pool are either already in Canada or coming from India / South Asia countries - maybe you can give us some guidance when you have university graduations? Is it May, or June or July?

Keep in mind that a NOI is a semi-automatic process. The province (particularly Ontario) searches profiles matching their demands periodically. Hang tight. So no one really knows which NOC will be targeted factually.
