so what is the probability the IRCC is going to do 2 or 3 draws in a month?
I really want it to hit the low 400s by the end of the month if they continue to send an avg of 3500 invitations it doesn't seem like its that far away for the cut off to come

High probability of back to back draws as July is Q3 and every month at the start of Q3, they hold back to back draws. Low 400, I don't think so. Just being honest. Give IELTS again may be?

So I'm at 459 CRS points. According to the draw today, the cutoff was 448 CRS points. How come I haven't received any message in my account yet or my profile updated? Good luck to you all on the next draw!

I am sitting at 448, it was disappointing to miss by a whisker but I know it is just a matter of time. Not only me but all of us in the group should get ITA considering the pattern.

I have few questions:

1) Can I do the PCC without ITA? Do they ask for ITA letter at PSK?
2) Can I go for medical before ITA?
3) Should I get the proof of funds now or get it as close as possible to the application filing date?

Croatia! I dont know, been waiting for some fortune teller with good references You pretty much summed it up in your post, now its just a matter of time when it will roll down. Since February they were raining ITAs for those below 450 and now we watch November episode all over again. Scores stayed high after the changes in Nov and then they slowly decreased. Anyway, patience. We all need it. Whether it will be 2017 or 2018 quota, all with 400+ will get in. And I wont go below that because I never saw CIC mentioned that. I analysed their 2016 presentation and seminars with the famous "CIC guy" do you remember him? they announced these changes and everyone was like "blabla, it will never happen blabla.." Dont remember the rest.

I so hope that be the case. Although highly doubtful but who know. I'm surprised by the odd 9 ITA. Correct me if i am wrong, but from what i read the number of ITAs' would only be in round figures. Am i missing anything?

Yes, but the statement also said that the tie breaker will apply after a month. So I guess from the next draw onwards we can see more round numbers.

==> Go ahead with PCC.. They don't ask for ITA letter
2) Can I go for medical before ITA?
==>Yes you can.. but I would recommend to do Medicals only after ITA and close to document submission/eAPR.. since validity of meds is 1 yr and you have to land within it's validity..else you have to re-do meds..
3) Should I get the proof of funds now or get it as close as possible to the application filing date?
==>have proof of funds ready...bank statement and balance certificate close to application filing date is recommended..

You can start PCC process without ITA, it doesnt matter and they wont ask for it. If you are abroad though, I would highly recommend working with Indian Consulates to obtain PCC, its a very smooth process and generally takes less than 1 week.

You can get medicals done before ITA but you are unnecessarily starting your clock since medicals expire in 1 year and if and when you get ITA and submit your application, CIC will give you visa only till its expiry. I would recommend you to wait for ITA and then do the medical so that you can get maximum validity for your visa you would use to travel to Canada.

POF should be obtained as close to the application filing date as possible, try to not have sudden deposits into your account that may raise red flag and cannot be explained with LOE.

Good luck, you are almost there and in next round you will surely get ITA. I'm also right behind you at 447 if damn WES completes my Wife's ECA evaluation that they have been sitting on for last 2 weeks.
