As a slightly addicted gamer the idea of moving to GTA is actually quite temptingok, i was mentioning GTA ( Greater Toronto Area) i wish i have my office in Montreal or Ottawa.. yes definitely home prices are cheap compared to GTA..
Well i'm not trying to sell either. It is something what i was told by a local. Like i said, i never bothered to find a technical definition and i won't bother either!!When I visit Delhi, I go to a place called "The Beer Cafe" in Connaught Place. I always drink 2 pitchers of Kingfisher Draught Beer. 2 pitchers, I reckon, is about 3 litres (about 9 pints). Honestly, I don't buy your 4 pints of "binge" drinking. You must be kidding!!
Boy you seem to know alot about housing. I've heard similar stats from people staying there too. Thanks mate.best is to buy a fishing boat for 14,000 and cover it up.. and then enjoy fishing, beer..
As a Brit living in Africa I can attest to binge drinking being way way more than 4 pints. When I visit Delhi, I go to a place called "The Beer Cafe" in Connaught Place. here we take vodka with a green chilly split in half into the glass,a nice twist of lemon, ice cubes & top with water....With 1% share of Google EU fine, everyone's invited. I will make sure everyone gets pass out lol. If EU don't send me any love then its gonna be vodka only in the menu. Still waiting for the booze job call lol
wow, that actually sounds amazing.here we take vodka with a green chilly split in half into the glass,a nice twist of lemon, ice cubes & top with water....
How does the credit score thing work in Canada? For instance, in the US if I´m a recently moved immigrant my credit history won´t mean a thing as it was from an overseas country, even if it was excellent. Therefore I would need to wait for a certain number of years in order to create a good credit record in the US before applying for a loan. That means if you were to buy a $500,000 house ( average home price in GTA ) your mortgage wpukd be 400×5 =$2000 approx.
You are getting closer, and are a bit more convincing. The heaviest that I drank was in 2015 new year's eve. I was in Thailand at the Island of Kho Pha Ngan, and was a part of their famous Full Moon Party. Drank whole day long, continuously!! Must have drank about 20 bottles of 650 ml Chang beer, quite a popular brand there. As a Brit living in Africa I can attest to binge drinking being way way more than 4 pints.
4 pints is what I had at lunch before going back to work.
On my last bad evening I had around 24 440mls so that's around 18 pints.. that was not a good idea for a man my age
We all have the same worry! It depends a lot where are you going to to live in Canada, which province! I can tell you from my perspective (accountat here, experienced, 10 years in the job, currently working as Chief Accountant). We are planning to settle in Calgary, Alberta, I have been researching about cost of living a lot, since I have 2 small kids and need them to enroll in kindergarten also ehich is huge amount in monthly budget. Also we like to eat out a lot, go have fun in the city a lot, which means spending money on coffee, cakes, small bites, baloons for kids and etc, also we like to travel a lot and stay in nice hotels. For nice living, when I say nice, I mean comfortable, we need (household of 4, where kindergarten fees are around 3000 CAD monthly) including rent for house with backyard and leasing for 2 cars, with utilities, gas and shopping also, 9000 CAD monthly. This is 2 salaries for around 4500 nett a month, which is likely to find, a bit less in the begging, then we will need to be careful about spending but after year or 2 we can go back to our life style. So if you don't have expense for kindergarten and go with a smaller house or condo, you can easiy live with only 1 salary of around 4000 CAD monthly. Hope this helps!I like the idea of creative accountants
I did find this calculator https://simpletax.ca/calculator that seems to back up what you were saying.
I'm also worried about the cost of living to be honest. I have seen what I can earn (hopefully) but just having a number doesn't really mean much without knowing the cost of living (house, power, water, car, internet, food) and the added costs of enjoying living (eating out, drinking, holidays etc)
It's probably my biggest worry about looking at moving to Canada right now
Okay, sorry to sound dumb but I don't see any option to withdraw my profiles? Does anyone know how to?First things first. You can't have multiple EE profiles. I believe they can ban you (or impose some other type of punishment) for that. That could be a reason why your profile is ineligible. Make sure you delete all your previous profiles before creating a new one. Also, make sure you enter a little more than the minimum settlement funds required. See if these help.
I avoid the spirits, they are far too easy to overdo it onYou are getting closer, and are a bit more convincing. The heaviest that I drank was in 2015 new year's eve. Normally, I drink rum. Purely Neat and clean (without water, ice cube, etc.), and about 300 ml in one sitting.
I like the idea!! If you visit India, get some Ghost Chillies (you will find those in Assam). I can bet, it would give you hallucinations .here we take vodka with a green chilly split in half into the glass,a nice twist of lemon, ice cubes & top with water....
or with Sprite (spoils the vodka) ....or with light sweet orange juice....
but of them all,I like it with ice cubes topped with beautiful Cranberry juice...
fine wine is bottled poetry....
vodka,fair enough...
See if u get Indian green chilli...and just split it...don't squash it or it'll burn...wow, that actually sounds amazing.
I'm a huge chilihead so this sounds like something I have to try.
What variant of chilli do you recommend? I've got some Habaneros growing at the moment but I'm thinking it needs a more green chilli taste
