There absolutely is. But i also feel they could do away with those odd PNP n FST draw tonight and leave the big piece of pie for next week. Let's wait for 7 hours more n we'll find out. Actually i am also curious to see if Ontraio will send me a NOI tonight, Re-created my profile last Monday. Let's keep up the hope, last night the state of this thread was like a ghost town lol.
Does CLB 9 or 10 benefits to get a job post landing in Canada? I'm having a score of 10?but if you can afford, give IELTS another try too in the meantime...all you lose is12000/- ...and with better practice fine-tune all skills again ....it may do help if you secure CLB9 in getting better jobs as well (may be...) post landing...

There is no set rule as such. However, considering the past trend and in order to meet the yearly quota CIC will most likely conduct back to back draws. That in turn will make this long wait so worthwhile, innit? So, it makes a lot of sense that there would be a long gap after the changes, but it ALSO makes a lot of sense that said gap will be followed by one or even two back-to-back draws! That would make a lot of sense!
even I have CLB10...I'm just hoping it will give an edge to my CV if I'm tied with someone else on all other aspects ..Does CLB 9 or 10 benefits to get a job post landing in Canada? I'm having a score of 10?
Any idea do even the employers look at IELTS score?
or better if they issue ITA for 5000 in the coming draw... that'd dip the score to a new low...There is no set rule as such. Ok thanks, so it means we'll have to highlight this in our CV's.even I have CLB10...I'm just hoping it will give an edge to my CV if I'm tied with someone else on all other aspects ..
If I were recruiting,I'd be happier to know that the guy is good in English esp a new newly landed immigrant without any Canadian experience...
it makes a point to do so as Canadian employers will be not so keen about experience back home (unless one is in high demand professional sector like IT / software etc)Ok thanks, so it means we'll have to highlight this in our CV's.
No it won't as long as you can provide the proof of payment if asked. Also, not sure, the NOC has to be same for you to claim points for 3 years. Wait for seniors to jump in to clarify.i have a first work experience (internship) 6 months and the second work experience 2yrs 8 months. do u think the 6 months paid internship will be a problem for me? im concerned.
We all here would love to see CIC breach the 5k mark. However, they still have to break the 4k mark. Highly likely they will do back to back draw instead.or better if they issue ITA for 5000 in the coming draw... that'd dip the score to a new low...
hmm.... just wishful thinkingWe all here would love to see CIC breach the 5k mark. However, they still have to break the 4k mark. Highly likely they will do back to back draw instead.
