I got my wife's SC today via post. Shipped to BLS via Purolator on Sep 6. BLS site said 'processing at consulate' on Sep 16. This ends the Indian passport surrender journey for all 3 family members. lol. Next up - OCI for wife and kid.

I did this for my son in Kolkata. It took me awfully long time ~4 weeks. I had to send multiple escalation emails to get it in 4 weeks. I also read about 1 day processing in Delhi and Bangalore RPOs, but for me the reality was very different and painful. Had to make 5-6 trips to the RPO Kolkata.

Toronto Postal Application for my wife. Application date in BLS tracker : Sep 16, 2024. However, we shipped it on Sep 6. Any idea by when we will receive the SC at home via courier? (we opted for courier) Need to know so that I can book an appointment for OCI accordingly.

That's the Purolator tracking number.. I can see the same for my application..

My Purolator tracking says estimated delivery date is tomorrow. @eas2lv: U have projected my OCI receipt date as Nov 9 for atleast 2-3 weeks. I am amazed at your calculations!!

Got an update on the BLS tracker. Though the status didn't change, they updated the tracking number in the Additional Information section. p.s. can't believe the tracker really says INFOMATION :D (R missing) Application Status (Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping)...
