It was interesting to note the number of Ray of Hope pages that got filled up before a draw took place:

58th Draw - page No 59
59th Draw - page No 32
60th Draw - page No 18
61st Draw - page No 135
62nd Draw - page No 124
65 Draw??

The trend shows the decline in number of forum members with F5 key parties.

Cool observation! :)

No, that won't be considered as misinterpretation. You are not claiming any points for that experience, however, to set the record straight you are including it into your personal history. That is perfectly fine. CIC will verify only that part of professional experience(s), for which we are claiming points and will hold us accountable for only that part of your professional life.

Spot On!

I just wanted to share a thought as I have read few comments some people are expecting CRS to drop below 400.

I guess before CRS drops to 400 the OINP criteria should also drop its requirement from 400 CRS to a bit lesser one.

Logically it will never happen that for OINP you need 400 and for FSW less than 400..

I don't want to disappoint anyone and I wish all of us be in Canada but at first people should expect OINP to decrease the required CRS score

Did you take note of the last draws? One of the draws was specific to PNP and the base CRS cut-off was 175. Ontario isn't the only PNP Stream, and if they demand 400 base CRS for their nominations, it's their preference. Ontario in no way can influence the IRCC's normal CRS cut-offs.

Actually according to my lawyers all work experience need to be under work history and for experience older than 10 years no need for reference letters younger than 10 years do require reference letter.

It will happen simultaneously! How else do you think CIC will meet their qouta if not by lowering scores?

Chill guys .... who knows next draw may be on Monday .... so relax.... crs is not going up .... stop being negative

So logically you should remain busy in your life for next 3-4 days. :D

5 months ago, who would have thought cut-off will fall below 450?

I do not have time to do all those statistics of how many ITAs are to be given in each draw but I am a logical person. CRS cut-off below 400 is inevitable.

no some people are really upsetting me.. n i don't want to feel low at this moment...So i request you all maintain the decorum of the the thread by only posting hopes and blessings...U folks have to understand that this is ray of hope not the ray of hopelessness:)
Its true. Have been trying since 2014.. Present trend has boost up my hope of getting ITA and same should happen to all of us.

No one can actually say that how low scores can go. The average score for FSW is around 380, so it may go down to that number.
I remember Applicants back in 2013-14 used to get Nominations at around 340 so maybe after converting all manual PR applications to EE we are getting back to that level.
The only difference is that Canada used to be the last option for applicants in the past but after Europe, Australia, and other countries have restricted immigrants it has become a popular choice. So we have large number joining the pool every week and therefore, it is difficult to predict when points will go to as low as 380.
At the current trend it takes about a month or so to clear one slab (431-440, 421-430 etc.)
Hmmm... thank you so much :)

Guys lets make a list of all applicants waiting for next draw with their Crs in front or their names to keep track of it. I saw a similar list in one of the previous ray of hope threads.

5000 is their yearly qouta. Divided by 3 programs, only 1/3 or so is under human capital stream.

6000 is their quota this year..Only 2000 under human capital stream
