I understand sibling part but does the relative have to be direct uncle or aunt, what if I have a cousin or maybe an uncle who is my dad's cousin? Will that count?

I think it has to be immediate family and not cousins.

Friend, with your score, you can get a direct ITA in the next draw. Why do you want to apply for ONIP? but if you want to spend additional 1500 CAD and few extra months for processing.. you do not need to create a separate profile it would be taken from the EE pool and if you have checked Ontario as interested province.

I will say people take ielts more because 1. It is more accessible unlike celpip that you can only write in Canada or UAE.
2. For you to have clb 9 you need to score 9 in all components in celpip whereas, you only need to score an 8 in listening and a minimum of 7 in the rest for you to have clb 9 in ielts.
3. For example; I have attempted celpip twice and have not been able to get a 9 in speaking n writing even though I have 11 and 12 in listening n reading.
