They are awarding these 15 points under express entry, not FSW six selection factors, am I right?

Just a quick question, most of people on this forum (almost everybody) take IELTS rather than CELPIP, is this because IELTS is simply easier to score? or is it because they are not in Canada and don't have access to take CELPIP?

Also, any hope for 403 if there are more than 2 draws in May....................?

They may not delay the draw "just to increase the CRS" but they may delay the draw for some technical issue and then the CRS will automatically go up because of more people joining the pool every day.
