Another unlucky thing for me is that l got married in March so my points decresed from 452 to 422 as my spouse can't get any experience letter or anything else lol

You're feeling unlucky because you got married?! ;D Ha ha ha. I sincerely hope your spouse isn't reading this :P

Another sign that CRS will go down further is that Ontario has now opened up their HCP stream again and now they are monitoring & sending NOIs on a weekly basis..which clearly indicates Ontario's PNP would be obsolete if CRS would go below 400 as not many people would be interested in paying extra $1500 to get ITA..and this is financial loss to them as well..

Hope to see CRS go below 400 soon..and may everyone's dream come true to settle in CANADA..

Those of you who have received NOI from Ontario in the last few days, could you please share your NOC? It would help the rest of us to get an idea about which occupations are getting NOIs from Ontario in general. Thanks in advance.

I think they started sending NOIs from today after April 10-14 week.

The pool had to have added 3796 applicants over CRS 423 between last draw and this draw. All those scores were empty after the last draw, but filled to have ITAs given out in this draw.

I took that into account. Did you check the table in the image I had at the bottom of the last post?

It's easy to calculate how many applicants are added between to stats, taking into account the # of invites in between.

Candidates over 400 added between March 29th and April 13th: 4986
Candidates over 400 added between April 13th and April 28th: 2397

Number of candidates with CRS over 400:
March/29:
12272
April 13:
9582
April 28:
8314

So it's definitely decreasing fast, even with three rounds over that period, and that's why I strongly believe that the score will go down to 400-ish over the next 3-4 rounds, after the effect of new University/Masters grads subsides.

Here are all my calculations again for reference:

Express Entry Human Capital Priorities Stream: Issuance of Notifications of Interest

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) will resume issuing Notifications of Interest (NOIs) to applicants who qualify for Ontario’s Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) Stream on a weekly basis.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to create a new profile in the Express Entry (EE) system to make it easier for Ontario to identify their profile during its search of the federal government’s Express Entry pool. Please note that if you create a new EE profile, you must delete your old profile.
