PD: I omitted some high score draws for a cleaner view (CRS cut-off over 700).

I have made the medical appintment for May 25, I highly expect to get ITA by 25 May 2018 , police certificates are very easy to get in my country so it wouldn't be a problem at all

Regarding police certificate, its validity acceptable by CIC is one year, unless there expiration date indicated differently... But if you were, let's say, in foreign country and you left, in this case your police certificate is valid for life...
About medical certificate, you are right!
