It is too soon even to talk about it because it is based on the assumption that points will drop below 400. It has not happened yet. This is dead lock between CIC and OINP i guess. OINP not budging to go sub 400. CIC doesn't have enough people above 400. My questions are what if OINP gets sub 400 in coming months?say 375 and above? What will happen to their above 400CRS invites? Could they withdraw those invites as it is not picked nor will be picked even after six months as above 400CRS candidates are looking for direct ITA and keeping OINP as reserve.?

Ther are people who has lesser score than that ...hoping the CRS to fall below 400Tomorrow's crs 410.... hope i will be right.... beer on me... if that happens....
If at the time of submitting your application, the bank statement lists this transaction then you will have to prove from where it came, and that it is yours and you will not have to return it at all (a notarized gift deed and an LOE in simple words).Hi Seniors,
I am in the process of getting my POF sorted. ill be getting the whole amount from my mom as a gift. can i put this cash in a 6 month FD? or should the maturity date be less than 6 months?
Yes bro CRS 410 would be great !!!Tomorrow's crs 410.... hope i will be right.... beer on me... if that happens....
Yes understood. il be arranging for a gift deed and other relevant affidavits. my question is whether a 6 month FD is too long as cash is not liquid for 6 months, or should i just go for a 3 month FD?If at the time of submitting your application, the bank statement lists this transaction then you will have to prove from where it came, and that it is yours and you will not have to return it at all (a notarized gift deed and an LOE in simple words).
If the transaction is not displayed in the last 6 months statement (the date of this transaction is older than the date you drew the statement) and you maintain your bank statement, you do not have anything to worry about.
